 + -1 moreAfter speaking with five different people, I spoke with a Laura who is going to credit my account $75.00 because I had a dispute about a charge that I was not suppose to receive. It was a transfer of a telephone jack. I was given the run around and I was given the credit because I am a long term, prompt and paying customer.
Description of Work: The entire repair took 13 days. When the guy came today, he did the phone jack transfer, but didn't inform me of the charge until the work was already completed. I would have not had the work done if I knew there was a charge.
