Realtor did not show any enthusiasm for my house, which was recently renovated and is located in a high priced, water-front community. I had the feeling that he thought my house, which is a plantation style, was a white elephant, but did not say so. He did not call to followup his visit and ask about listing my house.g
Description of Work: I called Realtor to view my house for a possible listing. He brought relevant paperwork showing size and a few other facts on the house. He suggested a listing price. I told him I was going to meet with another realtor later that day. He did not call back to ask if I made a decision on listing my house Date of visit was approximate as I did not record date he was at my house.

I did follow-up. Seller didn't like suggested price and waited until market got better. Thankfully our market improved from that point. [member name removed] house was a lovely house and we surely would have loved to have listed it.
