Description of Work: I contacted Kathleen Doll at Edison Mortgage. I explained my reason for calling (refinance ARM); she asked me a few questions regarding my current rates (which I only knew %). She suggested that I fax over mortgage papers for her review before she suggested types of financing. I faxed the info and she returned my call within a short amount of time and we discussed an option that is very feasible to me at this time. I felt that her advice made sense, will save me money, hence decreasing my anxiety regarding mortgage rates (at least until end of next year). I will definitely keep in touch with her about mortgages.

 + -1 moreOn the day that I was supposed to close on the house the mortgage lender (not them) and their rules changed. Because their rules changed I would have to come up with a little more money on the day before the closing. Kathleen went to bat for me and got a supervisor to sign off on the old rules so I wouldn't be forced to pay any more money! They were very helpful and did a great job!
Description of Work: I compared their prices with my bank. Their prices were better and they returned my calls so I decided to use them. The assisted me when I needed to purchase a new home.
