After making the decision to use a local company for impact window and door replacement and the "said" quality of their workmanship, we decided to spend over $26,000 to upgrade our condo. The quality of the windows and doors, if made correctly would have received an A+. This order was placed in Nov 2017 and we told it would take up to 12 weeks for delivery. Our delivery date changed twice due to manufacturing defects and finally received the call our project was completed by early March 2018. All products were delivered from Lowes in 2 separate trucks to our home. I counted all our products and noticed there was a window left behind at Lowes that the installer needed to bring. We were told by Lowes that the installer would inspect the windows prior to them being delivered to our home (this didn't happen). The installer showed up with his crew the next day to start this 3-day process. One by one the installer inspected these windows/doors onsite and one by one he identified multiple flaws in the manufacturing process. Debris in between the glass, marks on the mullion's inside the glass, scratches on the sliding door frames and glass, all sliding door tracks were cut wrong. The whole installation team and us homeowners were horrified to see this shoddy workmanship. Lowes in Estero was called and the PSE Coordinator had to come onsite to take photos of each and every window to send to EAS. The installer was able to install one set of windows but after they were fastened in, the installer noticed defects in between the glass in 2 out of the 4 sections. They assured us not to worry and they would replace these ASAP. Multiple phone calls were placed to EAS. It as very difficult to get to the correct person so multiple letters went out to EAS Corporate and the person in charge of the Fort Myers plant. My husband called and spoke to a receptionist looking for the person in charge at EAS and was told" You are not our customer sir, you are Lowes customer !" Customer Service and we were told they would come pick all the items up and redo them in a week turn around. A call was finally returned to us from Jim in Fort Myers. He could not appologize enough and was unsure how this happened and assured us our order would take top priority and be moved to the head of the production line. One week went by and our order was still in process. By the second week, EAS was still waiting on some glass for our sliders to come in. By the third week, EAS scheduled a crew to come out with the 2 window pane repairs for the set of windows that actually got installed. EAS arrived with the 2 sections for repair and noticed the replacement sections were flawed with the same issue of debris between the glass. While we were inspecting the new ones we then noticed another section of glass with debris in the middle. We were told we were a priority and would be moved to the head of the line, but found out this existing window replacement was manufactured late Friday night for the next morning's replacement. We had given this company multiple chances to get it right. After many days discussing what happened and should we continue to do business with them we decided it would not be in our best interest to proceed with them. After going through this experience, we cannot stress enough "do business with someone else"!!

Very long wait for installation, failed inspection, faulty windows, repaired. Found other defects but company will not replace under warranty. Customer service awful, was told not to call them, they would call me...and they don't. Nine months from paying over $6000, still cannot get response to my concerns. No one has come out to inspect and they have not replaced faulty windows. STEER CLEAR OF THEM.
