Dream Protection Home Inspection, LLC

I engaged Dream Protection Home Inspection to inspect a condominium I was buying at the Naples Lakes Golf community in Naples Florida. I engaged them to inspect the property and paid extra for separate additional reports on both mold and radon. The mold report indicated no evidence of mold in the property. The original inspection report indicated an elevated moisture reading in the corner of the kitchen pantry but failed to disclose a roof leak. The elevated moisture area ultimately represented a significant mold infestation in the pantry, and approximately 50 linear feet of drywall in the adjacent kitchen areas. In addition, the report failed to identify warped shelving in an adjacent kitchen cabinet, and water stains on the sides of the two adjacent kitchen cabinets. The report disclosed a moisture stain in the laundry room area and a small black mark on the floor at the base of a back wall. That area was subsequently identified as another serious mold infestation in another 50 plus linear feet of drywall. BUYER beware! You cannot trust the Dream Protection Home inspection services to conduct a thorough inspection and their mold inspection report did not identify mold in 2 separate areas

We recently purchased an older, totally remodeled manufactured house in North Fort Myers, FL. We contacted Dream Protection Home Inspection to do the house inspection before closing. Matt did our home inspection. He was very pleasant to deal with and very professional. He found a few items that needed clarification and we called the owner, who flips houses, to join us. Matt went above and beyond any other inspector we have ever dealt with (this is our 6th home inspection). He was patient in explaining what he was doing and why. Even the previous owner was impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection. The inspection was completed in the late afternoon and we had a written inspection report later that evening because we were closing the next day. Once again, we could see how thorough the inspection really was. Matt had told us that he has all the information that would be needed for an insurance 4-point inspection if needed. As it turned out, we did need a 4-point inspection. Once again, we called Dream Protection Home Inspection, talked to Rachel, and asked for a 4-point inspection report. It was delivered the following day. We highly recommend Dream Protection Home Inspection if you need a home inspection in the area. You will not be disappointed.
