Description of Work: I have hired Dave in the past to install a wood floor. It is not enough to simply say he does a perfect job -- I call it craftmanship, and he should be PROUD of the job he does.

+ -1 moreEverything went in beautifully...fortunately my husband measured correctly so we had (just) enough to cover the mess that had been made before. Dave and Carl did any excellent job...Dave said 5 hours; right on the nose. Dave picked up the padding (much better than the original that we attempted to use; only $20.00 more and also had the molding ready to be installed. The mess and dust was cleaned up and everything was put back the way it was. The room had been stripped before so there was no furniture for them to move.
Description of Work: Flooring had been purchased before hand for a guest bedroom (unfortunately we purchased a laminate from a place going out of business)..my husband attempted to put it down without instructions...not a good idea. Lumber Liquidators was kind enough to give us Dave's name and he and his partner did a beautiful job of laying this floor.

+ -1 moreI am actually in a different city from where the repairs are being done. He advised me to go to a local flooring store to pick out what type of flooring I would want. He than went to the local store to pick up the supplies. He is very honest, punctual, organized, and great communications. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I hired him to take out the old carpet and to install wood laminate flooring.
