Could not ask for a more professional experience from the time I called to when the work was done. Definitely found my "company" for electrical work in the future.

They did exactly what they were hired to do.

Jon called before he arrived. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional.

The team that came to the house was great (Jon and Ely). they were very professional and customer oriented. They performed the panel inspection and found a bad breaker. They also found a bad GFI receptacle and replaced it. This corrected a lot of electrical issues I was experiencing. I highly recommend these guys!

We are extremely happy with the work that D & R provided to us. They bent over backwards to make sure that we were well taken care of. We will definitely use them in the future, if the need arises, and we definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical services.

I called and asked for a visit and price quote for a job we wanted done in our new house. We got a call and the gentlemen gave me a quote over the phone. I told him I'd call him back, which I did several times. To date (8/10/15). I have not heard from them and don't care to.

they were great - handled the permit and dealt with FLP to shut off and restart electricity, Handled permit as well. I coordinated this repair for a friend who was out of country at the time - they kept me well informed

They arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous. As they went about their repairs, they explained what they were doing. They aren't the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for so no complaints about that on my end. We will definitely be using them in the future for any electrical problems. excellent, done right the 1st time ?

Vinny arrived in the time frame stated for the appointment. He was courteous and knowledgeable. As we discussed what we wanted, the scope of the work was expanded and the fees agreed upon. He did not attempt to sell us anything that we did not want. He gave good advice on what was needed.He made a trip for additional supplies and returned promptly. The work was done in as timely as possible without cutting corners. Altho price seemed high, we don't deal with electricians often and may be unaware of going rates. And we did expand the initial scope of work to include hanging a bracket on the wall for a small television.

The scheduling was very well organized, the technician was on time, and very professional. He was organized and had the correct parts on hand. The technician Vinny was knowledgeable, worked very hard, and was extremely competent!! He knew what he was doing, and did it efficiently, but thoroughly. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work, and the price was very reasonable. We have used D&R in the past, and we will use them again!

He came to our home, looked at the situation and discussed it with my husband and didn't even charge us.

Their "Free Estimates" cost $149.00 plus. Didn't use them for the work.

I guess I liked everything about their service. They were punctual and the price was what they said it was going to be.

It went well. Upon arrival the technician took a look at the job. He found that there was more needed then what I was thinking. Which is great cause I wanted it done right. I also needed to get it done asap cause the next day I was having my air handler put in. He started the work and a little bit later two other guys showed up. They were able to get it all done that day. I would definitly use them again.

Everything requested was done and everything they fixed worked perfectly. Nice job well done.

The firm sent two electricians who worked non-stop for about 6 hours to get the work completed. They were knowledgable, neat, and clean.

Excellent service and technician was very knowledgable. We liked his work and had them come back to hang 2 televisions on the wall. We will use D & R Electrical Setvices again.
