I want to send out a big THANK YOU to Andrew and Tim for coming out to my home to discuss the concerns I have with my new system. They were understanding and addressed everything I pointed out, and were professional every step of the way. After dealing with them I can understand where the great reviews came from!! Great job guys for making it right!!

The technician who came to do the install had no idea what he was installing and had to return on another day because of the lack of communication. Once installed I noticed that old parts from my previous system were used (rusty gauges etc.) In the span of the first 90 days after the install I have had to have them out 3 times for a non-working system or black water issues. I was also charged for them to come out and address my non-working system issues. This company obviously cuts corners and doesn't want to stand behind their work!! There reviews were good, but I wish I had never contacted them for the job!!
