+ 0 moreExcellent. We have solar panels on our tile roof. Crowther coordinated the timing on the panel removal, their installation, the panel reinstall and new gutters. The gutters were done by others but Crowther corrdinated with them. Excellent communication throughout order and install. Very helpful in selecting our new tile. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the whole project. They were right on time and got right to work. They worked with me on pricing for the new decking that was needed, and were very efficient in getting everything replaced. The only issue was with some of the clean up, but they came back to clean up everything the day after I called them about it. If I ever need a new roof, I will definitely be calling these guys!
Description of Work: They replaced my entire roof. This included new decking and tarping.

Description of Work: Roof leak repairs. Company came out a emailed me an estimate, I return the estimate a few days later. After repeated phone calls and emails, they finally did some work 60+ days later. They repaired one leak, I think, but failed to repair the biggest leak. When I called and asked why, they calim they didn't see it! They then sent me anothe estimate for twice the original amount to repair the other leak. This estimate had the leak on the oppisite side of the roof from where the leak actually is. I told them no thanks, I'll find someone else!

+ -1 moreFor almost 2 weeks (June 13 - June 23) I tried to get an appointment/contract with Crowthers Roofing A/C Division. I called 3 times and had a promises of a call back to set up an appointment and nothing happened during their designated timeline. Since they did not seem too interested in my business, I finally went with Florida Cool (on June 24 .. I will reveiw on how they are) after Crowthers missed their own deadline for the third time (a call back and visit sometijme between June 22 - 23). I did get a phone call from Crowthers on June 24 in the afternoon, but I had already obtained an appointment and contract.
Description of Work: No A/C preventive maintenance was done and not because I didn't try to give them my business.
