 + 1 moreit went exceptionally well, especially since we were working on a very tight schedule, we were kept informed of all the progress and what trades were going to be working and the time frame expected for completion, overall a very good experience.
Description of Work: complete update of a 2 bedroom 2 bath home, that has not been updated since 1976, new ceramic tile floor throughout, new kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as updated bathroom fixtures, toilets and cabinets, complete overhaul of ceilings, updated electrical to current code requirements. started as scheduled, met deadlines and promised deliverables

He always kept me updated on the schedule and cost of the project. His crews were clean, friendly and professional. I will use him again when I add my home office.
Description of Work: Jay completely remodeled the interior (new floors, new kitchen, new bathrooms, closed in a porch and made the living area larger).
