+ -1 moreStarted with bright promise - very personable helpful ownership who recommended many initial changes which we implemented but over time my grass, trees and plants deteriorated. Even during a season of plentiful rain. Staff did not closely monitor conditions on site leaving dead patches, dead coconuts piled near my foundation, dead trees and bushes were left in place. Disappointing results. Spent 3345.00 total in 2013

+ 0 moreSince then, we are very pleased: 1) Better service 2) Yard looks better than in years 3) Has provided landscape ideas and services - very nice work in this area 4) Very reasonable pricing 5) Highly recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: We hired Constant after our old lawnservice became lazy and unresponsive to our complaints. Constanty is used by our neighbor, who is a perfectionist. The owner came out to give an estimate and got the job almost immediately. The old company saw him talking to us and quit on the spot last January.

+ 0 moreJohn is always willing to listen and make suggestions. The new plantings look wonderful and they always leave the yard looking well kept. Approximate time for them to do everything was approximately 1 hour. Do be careful if you have any fancy exotics in your garden that could be mistaken for a weed. Once alerted to the nature of the plant, the crew will avoid that plant.
Description of Work: Constant Lawnscape does our mowing all of our mowing for us and has for approx 6 years. Today, they also moved a palm tree, obtained and planted some bushes, applied weed killer and weeded our rose bed. They also always remove any horticulture garbage that they create. They even remove the garbage that I create.

+ -1 moreExcellent communications. Owner comes to the job each and every week. They work quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: Weekly mowing in summer and bi-weekly in winter. Blows leaves out of the driveway after work is done. Does some basic weed care and shrub maintenance. Have also contracted separately for mulching and landscaping and sod application as well as lawn clean-up. Also has torn down some small trees.
