+ -1 moreI dropped the computer, backup disc and cords on Tuesday and they said they could have it done by Thursday 11 AM. I called Thursday and they said it would be done by 11 AM - that Brian was working on it. When I arrived at 11 AM the repair was not done. They said "Brian is on his way in if I could wait he would fix it." I had a flight out of town in 3 hours and could not wait. They said that I could leave the back up drive and they would complete the fix on line. They told me they would be in contact to do the online fix. They never called. I returned home a week later and went to pick up my back up disk. They told me, Brian can fix it, he is on his way in - AGAIN!. This was terrible service and they made promises that they could not keep. I cannot recommend this company; they are inept and unprofessional.
Description of Work: Provider was supposed to rebuild the MS Outlook database on a MACPRO. They said they could do it. They did not perform at all.

+ -1 moreIt went wonderful they were able to retrieve most of my files and pictures for a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: I recently had a hard drive crash. I was able to bring the hard drive to them and they recovered most of the data off of the drive. Some of the sectors were so bad they could not retrieve all of the files. They charge per gigabyte not how long it takes them to complete the job. I was quoted $185 per hour at another data recovery company. I would definitely use this company again in the future if I needed anything done to my desktop or laptop. They were very professional and courteous.
