My husband and I shopped around for a pool company to remodel our 30-year-old pool. We wanted the pool completed by the time our family came in to visit. We needed new tiles, deck, coping, interior pool finish redone, lighting, equipment, and a new look. Jack not only had the pool ready a week early! Jack was also very responsive and answered our questions, even ones we forgot to ask. For example, he explained why the lighting should be on one side of the pool instead of both. In addition, Jack was personally at the job site on many occasions to ensure the crew was doing precisely what we planned. As a result, the team was fast and professional and cleaned the work area daily until they finished. As a result, we have a pool that looks like a model home, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Colonial Pools for anyone who wants their pool remodeled. If we could give them 100 stars, we would. They are simply the best!

My blue Stonescapes pebble finish turned black and I had contacted several pool companies to come out and try to figure out why it happened and get the finish back to being blue again. My wife posted something on social media and Mr Brownlee responded. He came to the house and accurately diagnosed the problem. He recommended a solution that we decided to go with. It was a combination of power washing and acid washing. The crew was here this past week and we now have our blue pool back. Thanks Robert for a job well done when no one else knew what to do. You are the best!

He came out on a Saturday went through the replacement then proceeded to leave when driving away we tested the spa and the filter blew. He had to come back and actually make a new cylinder that fit which took him about 45 minutes more.

We contacted Colonial Pools soon after taking possession of our new home. We have never owned a large swimming pool and naturally had lots of questions about it's operation and what maintenance was required. Colonial Pool's personnel seemed genuinely happy to answer all our questions and explain the entire procedure.

I have been using Colonial Pool and Spa for the past three years and have been very happy with them. They come once a week to test the pool water, flush, skim, scrub, and all that good stuff. The rate I listed above is the monthly cost for the service on my particular pool. I have never had a problem with them and they have always been friendly and helpful. I recommend them for regular, dependable pool care.
