IThey showed up on time and completed the work satisfactorily.

They came on time, washed indoors first and then went outside. They were respectful of my things and moved furniture when needed, to access / open plantation shutters.

Ryan arrived at 8:00 am promptly. He immediately removed his sneakers to see what needed to be cleaned inside. The weather outside was oppresive, extremely humid, but Ryan did an excellent job both outside and in, pleasant and courteous. It is a pleasure to see out our beautiful windows again.We will be using Coatline Window Cleaning in the future.

The week before the appointment date, Tropical Storm Debby came through and we had non stop rain. I contacted Lisa the day before the job was to be done to see if they expected to be backed up with storm delays. Lisa indicated they were and asked if it would be okay to push my appointment back a few hours which was just fine with me. The next morning I got up and much to my surprise only an hour after the original time, Noel came by to get the job started. Talk about absolute delight to have him show up early. Noel was very professional and reviewed with me what he would be doing and in what order. He advised me that he would take care of moving all the furniture off the patio and returning it after the job was done. He quickly got to work and I was literally blown away as he cleaned my patio and pool cage cleaner than I had ever seen it before. He was neat, no excess water got on my plants and my pool cage looked brand new with not a spot of mildew to be found. He also didn't cut any corners and for the first time my cage was also cleaned on the outside, every other company I used only cleaned the inside which makes no sense. I had a shelving unit on the patio and Noel told me he would be happy to clean that as well. To my surprise and delight all my patio furniture also got a good once over so I am now enjoying a spotless deck, clean furniture and my pool never even saw dirt enter it. How Noel managed to do such a superior job is just beyond me but I am so thankful that he did. Next my house, no way did I believe my soffits could be cleaned up. Well once again Noel blew me out of the water with an awesome job. After he finished he came and got me to show me a few areas that had some staining from the roof that couldn't come out. I could care less as I was blinded by how sparkling white most (like 99.99%) everything else was. My outside windows also got a freebie cleaning and the window ledges were clean as well. There were a few spots where the dirt just wouldn't come off without lifting the paint but these are so miniscule that you have to hunt hard to find them. Noel then proceeded to do my driveway and even helped us move a car (dead battery). I was fine with him just powerwashing around the car but he said that he wanted to do a thorough job and didn't mind helping us roll the car out of the way and then rolled it back. While Noel continued his work on giving my exterior what I call the ULTIMATE IN WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT, my husband and I were in the back yard cleaning up our solar blanket and reel. That's when personal disaster hit and my husband passed out. I knew Noel couldn't hear my screams for help because he had the power washer going on the other side of the house so I called 911. The EMT's came and determined that it was best to transfer my husband to the hospital to verify that he was okay. I rushed into the house to grab my handbag and insurance information while the EMT took my husband to the hospital. Going through my head was "how am I going to be able to do this as I don't have the time to stop and write a check", "how or earth am I going to get all this furniture back in place without my husband being able to help me". I was feeling totally overwhelmed. As I came out the front, Noel was standing there and just said "it's okay, just go...I can leave the bill somewhere on the front door. just go and don't worry I will put every thing back". So I took off where I spent the next 5 hours with my husband in the ER and fortunately all was well so I was able to bring him home. As we were driving home I was just dreading what I would have to face returning furniture onto the patio and getting everything set up. As I pulled up into the driveway the very first thing I noticed was how bright white my soffits looked and how clean my house was. If I didn't know better I would have sworn I had just had the house painted. Then as we went to the front door, I noticed that all my furniture was put back in place on the front patio and the chairs were spotless. I have tile floor on the front screened in patio and it is impossible with all the elements to get the grout on the tiles cleaned. Well it apparently wasn't hard for Noel as my tile was so clean it looked like it had just been installed. I took a little sigh of relief that all was so neat and clean but still had some fear about what I would find out back. Well I shouldn't have wasted a second worrying as there was nothing to worry about. I don't know how he did it but Noel not only put everything back on my back patio and pool cage but he put every single item in the correct place.....I did not have a single thing to do. I said a big prayer that night. I thanked God for my husband being okay and I thanked God for the integrity of Noel and for being the ultimate professional who took such pride in his work. The next day, I called Coastline so that I could arrange to pay my bill. The first thing Lisa wanted to know was not can I have your credit card information but is my husband all right. Here were virtual strangers more worried about me and my husband than about collecting their fee. It is amazing how well Lisa, Noel and I suspect all the employees of Coastline truly embrace and live all the values of OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told Lisa how worried I was about what I would have to deal with when I got home and how delighted and surprised I was about how thoroughly Noel had cleaned up and put everything in order and I was thanking him profusely. Lisa just quietly said, he was just doing his job, that's the way we do it at Coastline. Clearly this is a small company that takes itself very seriously in its commitment to customer satisfaction and a total job. How can they possible improve on that? I told Lisa that I would be in contact to schedule the rest of the work that I wanted done.....powerwashing my roof and my windows inside and out. Lisa offered me a discount if any of my neighbors were interested in scheduling cleaning at the same time that they returned to finish my house. That was one more nice surprise to hear about Coastline, they value their customers and are willing to reward them for referrals. I found Coastline on Angie's List and boy am I glad I did, they will be the only company that ever touches my house for any external cleaning job. Now if they only did housecleaning inside as well, ?lol ?. I highly recommend Coastline for all your exterior cleaning needs, you will not be disappointed. They are a company who stands behind their words, their estimate is your bill....no hidden surprises. They are very price competitive....the price I paid for my pool cage and patio was the same as what I have paid other vendors in the past. The DIFFERENCE was this time it was actually cleaned spotless INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. I will be following up with them as I wouldn't even consider anyone else touching my roof or my windows. If you want the outside of your home clean, Coastline is the ONLY company you should be calling and I know you will be absolutely delighted at the quality of work and all for a fair price. Thank you Coastline, Lisa and especially Noel you are perfection in my eyes, a truly 5 star experience.

They were outstanding. The experience with them was very good. They were very professional and they were very courteous. They got back to the job and I was very impressed with them. Their price is very fair. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all excellent. I will use them again in the future. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anybody.

Used Coastline because of their Angie's list promotion coupon. They were able to schedule the appointment at a time convenient for me. The technician, Cody, arrived on time, and got right to work. He was very thorough and professional. Our windows are now sparkling clean. Will hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It went extremely well. I was able to schedule an appointment much soon than anticipated, and the men who came to our house were extremely polite and professional. Very pleasant to have around, would use this company again, and recommend them to others.

They gave us an estimate and, after we agreed, they came to do the work a couple of weeks later. Before they began to power wash the lanai, they toldmy wife (who has MS) they she had "some work to do". She was told that she needed to move all of the plants on the lanai. She was unable to do that and she sent the technician away before he could do any of the work. Had she been informed when the estimate was done that she was responsible for moving the plants, she would have refused the service and found someone else. As an aside, he also tried to push on us another company he owns that is similar to Angie's list. Since we got his name from Angie's list, we found this to be very unprofessional.

Very pleased with the overall work! We had a problem with the residual runoff of mold & mildew particles. But, I was more than pleased with the response when I emailed the company to tell them of the problem. They wanted to send their workers the very next morning to hand wash the fan and areas affected, which they did this morning to my satisfaction. Yes, we will definitely be calling Coastline Window Cleaning again the next time we need that type of work done and would highly recommend to our family & friends! Did have a little problem with leaves falling off of some plants that were located under the roofline, but those recovered within a week or so.

I called Co only because of great reviews on Angie's list, they must have paid for these reviews! Lisa was nice at first when I called to schedule work, the 2 guys showed up on time, the 1 was to be on the ground while the other was on the roof. While the one on the roof was saturating the tiles/roof, the one the ground was holding a tarp over all our landscaping arounr the outside of the house while he sprayed water as chemical ran off. The "Wand" broke as the man on the roof stated, "I asked was it a tile" and the man on the ground said no his wand. So they proceeded after fixing, a couple hours in total they did roof. Then with what looked to be a buffing tool they "Power washed " the driveway? We have a dip so they left the mud and debris (which I have photos of) at the end of the driveway. Since they had referred me to a driveway sealer, they said they would have him clean up the next day. Well don't take there referrals either... If you don't have there co. or someone else do the windows afterwards you won't be able to see out your windows either. The "Cleaning agent" spots all over white. The only positive thing out of this company is the very nice man who came nd did the windows the next day. Of which of course we had to pay for! So that day and all the day since we have had chemical run/drip off from our roof. Killing our leaves on our landscaping and staining our courtyard pool area. When I took pictures and called and emailed, I got blown off and told excuses and it would not happen everytime by Lisa. My advice is don't use this company! They do not do good work and they do not stand behind there work. It will cost me more in landscaping now than the cost of there service which was not good either.

2 man crew was very courteous and efficient. They removed their shoes while working inside. We are very pleased with the results.

I was very pleased with the cleaning job. The only problem I had was that their truck left an oil spot on my pavers. I would very definitely use them again and have since recommended them to my friends.

I looked on Angie's List this past weekend for a power wash company to give me an estimate on power washing my driveway. I decided on Coastline, they had everything that I was looking for, an A rated status, and a Web site. I went to their Web site, and filled out a form to receive an estimate, it came back with a quote of $140 and the site told me that I would be contacted very soon regarding the work that needed to be done. I waited all day Monday, no call, I called them late Monday afternoon and left a message asking for someone to call me back regarding my quote. I received a call late Tuesday morning, and the lady that I spoke to, said yes, she had my quote for washing awnings, I said, no, I wanted my driveway power washed. Yes, she said, I have it here, she asked me a few questions, (same ones that I had already answered on their Web site), she told me that she would email me a quote after she looked up my house to get an idea the driveway size, apparently taking my answer was not good enough, but if that is how they work, fine, I told her to look it up on Google Earth, they have a pretty good picture of the home. As of this evening, (Wednesday), I still do not have a quote emailed to me, and yes, I even checked my spam to make sure it didn't go there. I called another company today after seeing a statement on their truck "We actually show up"! He gave me a price of $75 and will be doing the work tomorrow morning. I am very disappointed in this company, I am not going to beg any company for work or to take my hard earned money. I would tell people to go to another company that will in fact show up and do the work at a very reasonable rate.

They charged us just a little over $400. We thought they did a fantastic job. We liked them very much. We would use them again in the future.

The work was performed on time, in accordance with the estimates, and in a very professional manner. Certainly will use this company again.

The work that they did was good but the organization wasn’t as good. The work was more than satisfactory. It took me three weeks to get them here but it was actually a weather problem to a degree. They never called me back. It took two and a half to three weeks to get it finished. I had to call them half a dozen times. Their price was in the ballpark. I would use them again in the future.

I couldn't be more pleased. The job was done well, communication was excellent, and the workers were professional and on time. I thought the price was more than reasonable for the amount of work done as well.

The pool cage looked like a million dollars when finished, and the surround looked somewhat better. We would have Coastline pressure-clean the pool cage again without hesitation, although we would ask that the plants growing in beds around the pool be covered: it was clear several days later that they had not enjoyed the chlorine bath (the pressure spray contains chlorine, to kill and remove the algae); they have recovered since. We would not get the surrounding stamped concrete scrubbed again, as a lot of the resulting dirt and grit, basically sand, ended up in the bottom of the pool and needed to be vacuumed up, and the filter cleaned several times in rapid succession, to avoid burning out the pool pump. The prices Coastline quoted us for various services (in addition to the above, windows, outside of the house, which we may have done down the road) seemed extremely reasonable to us.

The guys showed up on time and did a good job. The person who we dealt with, Jason, was great, he kept us updated through out. When our neighbors saw the work they were doing, after meeting with Jason they hired him to clean their windows.We will be using them again next time we next our windows cleaned. Based on our experience I would refer them to friends and family.

They were there on time, were professional, courteous, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody.
