Coastline Window Cleaning

We have hired Coastline Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing several times for our business. We own The Screen Doctor of Lee County, Inc. in Fort Myers and continue to hire them to pressure wash some screen enclosures we are rescreening. They are a very reputable and professional pressure washing and window cleaning company in Fort Myers and Naples. The work performed each time is excellent and affordable. We continue to hire them for their quality of work. All pressure washing companies are NOT the same. It is very important for us to know that they are properly licensed and insured and that all their employees are respectful and courteous. We repeatedly refer Coastline Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing. We are confident that with their credentials and continuous excellent service we will utilize and refer them for years to come.

Previous owner of home did not appear to clean the roof for many years. As a result, roof looked pretty bad - in need of some good attention. I contacted various suppliers and I was really impressed with how Coastline responded. They were quick in providing their estimates and Lisa was very cordial. They gave me a 10% discount (Angie's) on my roof cleaning and threw in a free driveway pressure wash. I took advantage that they were going to be at the property and ask them to wash the pool cage, the patio, and the house exterior. Cost was very competitive when compared to others. They cam the day they promised - as the agreed time. They took the time to do their work - and cleaned up afterwards. Everything they cleaned was perfect. I loved the fact that they used lots of water to wash down the plants around the property to prevent damage. It has been almost a year since they did the work ... and the house still looks like they did it yesterday! I think the best thing about Coastline is that they offer a very cost-effective yearly maintenance program for the roof. For about 1/3 of the initial cleaning cost, they come every year and clean your roof leaving it looking brand new. It comes to about $15/mth which is not bad at all ... as compared to paying $600 every 2-3 years here in SWFL. I did not research if the other roof cleaning companies offered this option. As always I recommend every homeowner to do their own research and make their own decisions. What I express above is my own opinion - the result of my own experience with Coastline. I'm very happy with their service thus far.

The cleaning crew consisted of two individuals who were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They worked consistently and the job was performed in about 4 hours. The house has over one hundred windows. I highly recommend this company! I'm already on their schedule for a 6 month cleaning.

I scheduled the window-cleaning for myself and four other condominium owners in our neighborhood, all to be done on the same day, so in a sense this is 5 reviews in one. We were all very happy. They cleaned the inside and out, as well as all screens. It was a through and "sparkling" job! Equally importantly, they didn't make a mess while they were cleaning. When finished, other than the sparkly clean windows, you would not have known they were here. The price was reasonable, particularly considering that they gave us a bit of a discount since all 5 scheduled for the same day. Assuming the price remains the same, we will use them annually. They are very good! They do a good job and are very professional but they aren't cheap. They take out the screens and replace them to do the cleaning. They are very through and nice.

They are reasonable and they do a good job. We have a lot of watering that goes on in this area and the sprinklers leave the water residue on the windows. This company is able to get the residue off and 2 window cleaners came out and it took them about 2-3 hours. One did the inside and the other did the outside. They also offered us an Angie's List discount for 10% off too.

I initially had some trouble getting a bid from this company, partly because my property was a little different, but also because the person who handles this was sick and the back-up made a mistake. But I am very glad I stuck with it. Their workers showed up promptly, were extremely professional and careful, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the window washing was superior, best we have had. The price was competitive and a bit better with the Angie's List coupon. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Workman arrived on time, was efficient, and did a very good job.

Had Coastal clean windows before and it worked out well. Signed up for whole house cleaning ( roof, house exterior, drive, patio and windows). Work was performed while we were gone and upon returning we noticed the three large sliders were not clear and had soap residue streaks. Called to have cleaned and were questioned numerous times about why the windows were not clean i.e. on the inside No, Rain the cause No, somebody messed with them No. Anyway after the questions were answered I was told they would come by the next day to clean the three windows. Did not come , called, told sorry would come tomorrow, did not come, called, sorry told would come tomorrow. In the mean time I noticed they did not wash window above front door ( very high) and there was a problem with a gutter/facia with excessive run-off of black material. Called out roofer who had replaced all broken tiles 12 months earlier. Upon inspection appears overlap material? was displaced and repaired. No big deal however 12 roof tiles were broken since their previous repairs. Called and cancelled any further cleaning. Good Luck.

Great job! The windows were sparkling clean. With their new technique, there were no streaks at all. The job was done on time and for the cost quoted. The online estimate was smooth and convenient. Quality job for a fair price. They were neat, professional and friendly. I will use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Technician arrived on time, was very professional and completed the work as requested. There was no mess, anything that was moved to get at the windows was replaced and he was very unobstrustive. The windows were immaculate and sparkled at the end of the job. Would recommend Coastline highly .

They came on time, and were very organized as a team. For several hard to remove stains due to the sprinkler system, they used a special cleaner that did a very good job.

He is very contentious, and he does a fantastic job. I have used him for years; he is very knowledgeable, courteous , and they have a good crew.

I really appreciated the fast service when I emailed Coastline for an estimate. He was out the next day! What I did not appreciate was the poor service by the office staff. It took 5 emails to get the date confirmed and the services I wanted. Even with all that, the men called and wanted to show up a week early. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I emailed to get confirmation and a time. I never received a response.As I was not home when they did they roof and pool cage, they pressure washed the sidewalks and deck, which I specifically had told the office I did not want done. Once the windows cleaners arrived, they did a fabulous job. They were very professional in their appearance and how they treated my home. My suggestion is that if you want a first rate job, this is a good company to use. Just make sure you communicate via email so you have a paper trail to document your interactions with the office staff.
