That is certainly not the way we conduct business on a daily basis or we wouldn't be in business since 1993. I am curious as to how you contacted us, as I have reviewed all of the Angie's List e-mails for the last year, carefully gone through our call log for the last three months and reviewed our online bidding program, but am unable to find your name or address.
