Very throrough, Highly recommended

Very professional

Best home inspection we ever had. Very thorough; we liked that it was a two-member team. They were good with explaining any concerns they had during the course of their inspection and with explaining the operation of equipment that had been installed by the previous owners. Their report was well laid out with excellent photo's and a nice summary their findings, including issues that should be addressed.

Robert and Chris were professional and VERY thorough. They spent a long time checking everything. The report was clear: easy to read and understand. They let us know exactly what we would find at our potential new residence. Huge thanks!

Excellent. Rob was very thorough and detailed about all his findings, and advised on items needed to pass all insurance inspections. He spent a good amount of time doing his inspection, and did not rush through it. He gave a quality report and even took the time to walk through the items with us and answer any questions we had. Definitely would hire him again.

Coastal did a great job. One of the partners happen to be in the area the day I called and they the inspection the very same day. Very professional, very knowledgable, and friendly. They were able to help me understand a number of issues about roofing and insurance. In the end they produced the wind mitigation inspection I needed to get a significant discount on my homeowners insurance.

Rob was excellent. In a 24 year military career, I bought and sold several houses. Rob's diligence and attention to detail resulted in the most thorough inspection we've ever paid for. I would definitely use Rob again.

Very detailed reportin, a very good service.

All I can say is wow! I could not have asked for a better or more professional service. Rob was great and we feel he truly was an advocate for us and our soon to be home. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again for our reinspect and warranty end inspection. Very happy with the service provided.

It went excellent. They take their time and make themselves available to answer any questions after the inspection.

Robb and Chris were extremely thorough conducting the inspection inside and outside including all systems. Later in the day of the inspection they provided a 73 page report including photos showing any issues. Their summary focused on marginal items and defective items and permitted me to propose which items I would resolve and which items the seller should resolve. The realtor said she had never seen such a detailed report. Our daughter said "They're right up your alley." I would hire Robb and Chris again in a heartbeat. The total cost included $95 for a wind mitigation report.

It went great! We were in the process of purchasing a new home, so the inspection was integral to us making a final decision on the property. These guys were very thorough, courteous, punctual, and professional. The report that we received was well organized and contained many photographs. We have referred to the report on numerous occasions after purchasing the home for maintenance purposes. We would definitely recommend them!!

Excellant, very thorough inspection of all components of the house. Rob crawled around in the attic where i thought only a squirrel could go. He found signs of water infiltation in ceiling that i didnt notice, and then found the source of the infiltration. This would have caused me much heartburn had it not been detected until after i purchased the house. I was thus able to negotiate a fair remediation with the owner.Rob and Chris were both great, they are a sellers nightmare, which makes them a buyers dream!

Very Professional! Coastal Home Inspectors was punctual and were finished in a timely fashion as they estimated it to be. They were extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. The final report I received was very detailed and easy to understand. It is apparent that they take great pride in their work. This was my 2nd home inspection with them and I would certainly use them again when needed.
