 + -1 moreThey handled it terribly. You should not have to pay them that much up front. I would definitely not recommend them to others. I will not use them in the future. ($5,400.00)
Description of Work: They didn't end up doing anything because they wanted me to pay up front. They ended up charging me twice and it took me three months to cancel the charges.

 + -1 moreAC stopped working on a Saturday, called City Wide that advertises 24/7 response. Got an answering machine saying they would return on Monday. The finally came out on Tuesday and could not repair the system that they has checked about five weeks previously and told me that it was working "fine".
Description of Work: AC unit was not working. Company came out three hours late for the appointment. Technician did an estimate for AHS home warranty. Put work to be done in detail, AHS denied the work.
