I couldn't be more pleased. I received the most professional service. They are flexible, intuitive and cost effective. They worked with me on the schedule and budget and pointed out things that I wouldn't have even noticed or known needed to be done. They didn't try to "up-sale" services that I didn't need and were more than fair in their pricing. They allowed me to buy materials and deliver them to the site which was important to me. They did EVERYTHING listed above and more including hanging 2 new ceiling fans and properly affixing the other ones, drywalled the florida room which no longer leaks and put in a proper ceiling fan electrical box. They are honest, dependable and qualified. In fact, I trust them so much that when I was called out of town, I left them with the keys and my Home Depot Commercial Credit Card to get materials they'll need while I'm gone. There were still a couple of days of work left and I had also asked them to replace the 20-year old countertops with new pre-cut. I also pre-paid for the additional work because I am confident in the job I know they'll do (neither of these 2 things would I do with anyone else nor do I recommend doing it unless it is someone you REALLY trust). They will do an outstanding job, leave the material invoices and my credit card, clean up after themselves, turn down the ac, turn off the lights and lock the doors. The only bad thing about writing this review is that I'm afraid they'll get so busy, I won't be able to schedule them for all the other things I need done. I haven't found anything yet, that they can't do. And do well.
