I set up appointment and they did not show up at scheduled time. I gave them the courtesy to reschedule and again they no showed. This is not a professional company

The woman who answered the phone was polite, courteous, and very helpful. The gentlemen that came out were knowledgeable, quick, and did a fabulous job! I couldn’t be happier I found this company!

Work and quality were excellent and the project came in on budget

Wow! Where to begin. Signed agreement with Lyndee (wife of owner) mid June to have Chad The Handyman installand un install shutters in the case of a hurricane. Had used them for various projects in the house since we moved in 1/2017. The price quoted was $980.00. Since we had used them for so many other projects since moving to FL. I had no reason to think they were overcharging(Big MISTAKE). They came out late on Thursday to install. The crew did a good job but were from CA. (hired as subs) they told us Chads had contracted more than 600 homes. Irma blew through. I started calling two days after Irma -only to get the answering machine. I emailed. Every day. Finally I remembered Lyndee called the MOMENT the installers backed out of the driveway to bill our credit card. I texted her. She answered" not able to service us-no electricity in office? ALL installers had evacuated and not returned" Hurricane shutter business?? ok. Needless to say I would not use them again...for ANYTHING. I will be filing a price gouging report with the FL. Attorney Generals Office.

If I had not given them a substantial down payment, I would have asked them to leave earlier. I'm sorry to have to report the above, but I would not recommend their services.

Attempted several times to reach the firm, then when I did reach the firm, I was asked to send a copy of the home inspection report and that Chad would review the report and get back to me. A couple of days after I sent the report, I called back. The receptionist said she would speak to Chad about the work and ask him when he could come to the house to give me an estimate to do the work. The receptionist later called back to say Chad told her I could get a better price from someone closer to our home. I did not consider this response a believable answer for why Chad was not interested in doing the work. I provided the address of the house the first time I contacted the firm, so the location of the house was not news. Honesty is important in business. I would not recommend contacting this firm.

Great. Mike showed up right on time, got right to work and did a fine job. He took off the old woodwork, installed the new, filled the nail holes, caulked and painted it. He cleaned up the job afterwards. We could not be happier. Price included materials.

Fine. He did a great job. It was more expensive that we have paid for gutter cleaning in the past, but I feel it was worth it.

Not well. I referred to Angie's List for a recommendation, this company came up as a result of my search, I called and requested an electrician come out, $284 later I was told by the man that did come out that I would need an electrician! Ya think????? Never again!

He does a good job. They come out probably within the week that you call.

Our service provider showed up on time. After looking at the bed he informed us that it would be a simple job, and that we would have our bed up in no time. Once completed, he told us that everything would be OK. On the surface, all looked good, but we noticed once he left that the support beams that he had worked on were crooked. Moreover, after we finally used our bed that night, it began to collapse. The support beams were loosed, with the screw bending. Moreover ,the legs themselves were loose. As a result of the shoddy work done by Chad the Handyman, we could not use our bed for several days, and had to call in another contractor to do the work. To add insult to injury, the company refused to provide a refund despite our documented evidence (see photos) of such a poor job. The phone agent was very rude, and tried to place the blame on us the customer, rather than the poor work done by their company. Please give a pass to this company, and use another handyman or contractor.

Gave me a call 15 min before coming. Was on time. Price was fair and I approved the work on the spot. Worked steady and did a great job.

We bought the house & decided to remodel while we were not yet living in it. Chad ripped out all the old flooring & replaced it with tile. Remodeled 3 of the bathrooms with new plumbing & cabinetry. His wife Lindy is an interior designer & did a fabulous job of picking things out for us. She would then email with photo's for approval. They changed out the fans in the bedrooms with remote control for the light & the fan. Changed out some light fixtures which Lindy chose. Chad also made suggestions along the way to add in or change some things while the work was being done to save money down the line. They also completely painted the interior. He did so many little jobs too like the garage door opener controls, keypad entry for the front door & the garage. Changed the smoke alarms, updated the thermostat, the list goes on. Chad project managed everything & kept us informed of every little change. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chad & Lindy, they are awesome & did a fabulous job.

Josh & Christen was on time, did great job + were so professional. Its my second time using Chad’s & each time was a 10.

He arrived on time, was a very pleasant young man, very professional and was awesome! He did everything I asked him to do and the cleanup was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend Chad the Handyman to anyone!!

They were really super professional, nice and very reasonable for all that we did. They were here for a long time and they were really great. We just got them offline.

Job was done very nicely. We were selling the home and the buyers were quite pleased with all of the repair work.

The tech was on time, professional, and kind. He asked my opinion about everything to ensure I was satisfied. Tech unmounted and mounted the TV multiple times because I needed lSerial L model numbers. He did it with a smile. Also cleaned up after.

I was trying to find someone that charged by the hour, not by the job. I joined Angie's List to find a handyman, and then there weren't any on the list. Bummer. Chad was really good! He is able to do small jobs. They were early, and they were all business. They were professional, and business like. They didn't waste any time chit chatting. It's difficult to find handymen that charge by the hour. I would use them again.
