Description of Work: Our unit wasn't working when I got home from I called their office and explained what was going on and that we had 2 babies at home and wondered if their was any way someone could come out the same day, the owner came out within 1-2 hours and replaced a transformer and some bad wires I was expecting a hefty charge for it being after hours and emergency service but it was less then $175 very pleased with the service and knowledge.

Description of Work: Installed new pool heater. Returned to adjust piping.

Description of Work: The person came within the hour and quickly fixed our air conditioner. He was pleasant and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service.

Description of Work: Once the service rep arrived all went well; the vendor did not have my home phone number and could not call me to advise that the rep would be late; he arrived approx. 30 min late; please with service; would use them again

Description of Work: My A/c & heat had quit working. Certified was a recommended provider by the a**'n of condo a**'n in my Town and had "A" ratings on Angies list. The person in the office/on the phone (Lisa, I believe) was friendly and professional. She gave me an appointment for a technician to come out and check our system. They came when they said and found a coolant leak in our compressor. I was told that the compressor needed to be replace (30 years old). The handler inside would not need to be replaced but since it was 9 years old they suggested replacing the whole system. In the mean time they recharged the compressor so that it would work until replaced. The office called a day or to later and gave me prices on replacing the whole system or just the compressor. The pricing and their logic made the whole system a compelling choice although they did not hard sell it and left it up to me. I did not get a competitive bid because, from what I knew, their price seemed fair and by this time they had instilled a degree of trust in me. A couple of days latter they returned and installed the new system. They did it efficiently. They were friendly but also quite professional and patiently answered all questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves. There was a rebate involved and they took care of that and credited me the amount. They did not take American Express but accepted other cards. The new system is cooling better than the old system and seems to be running fine.

Description of Work: Had Mitsubishi Mini split installed in Master. After electric was complete, install went fine. Tommy and associate did nice job. Would use again.
