+ -1 moreMy tenants notified me that their air conditioning was not working. I called CCC and they came out the next day and charged the unit. I am well aware that I do need to replace the unit but of course want to wait until I am forced to do so. The repairman was very honest and when he recommended cleaning the unit, I asked if he would do so if it was his personal unit. He said no because it will need to be replaced very soon. I will most certainly purchase the new unit from CCC.
Description of Work: Air conditioning unit stopped cooling. CCC recharged the unit. Although the unit is getting old, the repairman did not pressure me to buy a new unit. When I do purchase a new unit, probably within a year or so, I most certainly will make the purchase from CCC.

+ -1 moreMy company is engaged in work with a church that has purchased a small appt. complex. They are providing housing for approx. 9 families. Before the purchase, the appt complex had been worked on by an unlicensed contractor.. The church requested that we bring all areas up to electrical code and have the county inspect all appts. They also needed a licensed HVAC company. It was our pleasure to recommend CCC Heating & Cooling as the HVAC licensed contractor that could do the same in their area of expertise. When called upon CCC Heating & Cooling exceeded our expectations as well as those of our customer.
Description of Work: HVAC inspection of a 9 unit appartment complex. Repair all code violations and have Lee county inspect all work.
