He treated his workers horribly. Yelled at them and when I asked him a question, he snapped at me. I asked him to not speak to me like that and that he worked for me and he snapped back: I work for myself. They broke my lights and put a switch in upside down and now my ceiling fan does not work. When I pointed out places where my house did not get painted and spackle smeared and orher things that were wrong he messy work and things that were wrong he kept telling me I was trouble. He did not care that I am a 75 year old woman with a terminal disease. I have never had anyone treat me so bad that I cried. His workers too me aside and told me he was an ass. He was very rude and mean. Even after things that were broke and messy he dare ask me for more money when he had already been paid in full.

Leon Carter is an incredibly knowledgeable and kind handyman! He was early to the job, professional, provided options, showed progress and taught along the way. He is great at pretty much everything! We loved how he installed our kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and shower head. I highly recommend!

Carter did an amazing job on the remodeling garage bathroom remodeling. When the obstacles arose they took it on and handled many difficult issues.

I hired Leon Carter to install a closet and paid him for the materials and his service in August 2023. It is now February and I cannot get him to come back and finish the job which is incomplete. He dripped paint on my floor, left a mess in my garage, hose strewn across my walkway and left my home unlocked. (I scheduled him to do the work when I was away) I have tried calling him, texting and emails yet NO RESPONSE! Unless you want to be ripped off, DO NOT HIRE him! Taking advantage of a 65 year old amputee is the LOWEST of LOW!!!!

I contacted them 2 months ago. They came right out and said the small job I had he could do in a few weeks from then. I purchased the banister I needed him to put up. It's over two months now and they keep telling me they have a big project they're doing. Very disappointed with their reliability. RS They didn't do any work it was the only way I could post which was to choose what they did

They were absolutely amazing, the owner Carter came straight away to do our estimate and the next day started painting. They did the whole condo within 2 days and the quality of their work is non comparable. I will absolutely be calling them back for all of my home improvements.

Hired to install gutters for roughly $5,000 - the gutters did not work at all after installation. He walked across a flat roof addition on the house, which he didn't need to work on because it has no gutters and is an unsupported roof, causing it to cave in. That flat roof started leaking because of the damage he caused walking across it, so we called him back to address the leak. He charged us $600 extra to "fix" the flat roof with some sealant. Only, he kept walking across it, which caused the roof to sink even more and leak worse. He then stopped returning our calls. We had to hire an expert to replace that entire flat roof for $4,000 plus another $500 in drywall damage from the leaks. What should've been a simple gutter installation was a massive waste of money. Less drastic issues: never picked up the trash and scrap metal in our yard, so we had to haul it out. Swept debris into my garden bed and told me it was good for the plants. Broke a glass plant table on my porch.
