Caloosa glass & Mirror are In the top category in SWFL for the biggest hacks and scammers. I called for a price with size and they said $420. I then called back next day because they never sent the quote. Cape glass wanted 425. After days of waiting for the quote I called back and they said the price is going to be 640. They then said we can do it for 420 plus 40 extra to match Cape glass. They came over and did template incase the wall was crooked adding the 40 They installed the mirror today and their is a gap of 5/32 difference than the top along the wall. They lied and just tried to squeeze more from me not caring the wall on left side was not straight. When I called about the problem Glenda said it was because I complained about the 640 price. This company needs to go out of business please help me do so they are scammers and hacks typical florida hacks

Great. They are experts at what they do. When they measured for shelves and one didn't fit, they went back to the shop to remake. I'm not always here and my huge vanity mirror was installed in my absence. I came to the house, told them that the cutout was chipped and my fixture wouldn't hide it. The very next day they were here with a replacement piece, took out the original and replaced. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The whole process went very smoothly. The area was measured very precisely and when the installers came out they were very professional. They left our home clean. I do have not any complaints and would and have recommended then to my friends.

They quoted excellent price, measured enclosures when they said they would. supplied glass and installed on date originally quoted. Very professional, we were concerned on finding a reputable contractor since we are seasonal, we lucked out everything was correct.

After completion of the remodel of our bathroom, the final touch was to add a glass shower door. Living in an older home, our experiences lead us to believe we would need a custom door. The staff offered so many options that I asked my husband to visit the showroom to see examples of the doors available. He was impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the doors offered, and set an appointment for the owner to come to our home to measure our shower. After measuring, Ryan explained what options would be available for us. There was no pressure for us to make a decision on the spot. He offered to send us a quote the next day, along with an example of what our door would look like. We received the e-mail quote and pictures the next day and made our decision to move forward a few days later. When it came time for the installation, it went like clockwork. They did a beautiful job! The door complements the beautiful tile work, and we could not be happier!
