+ 0 moreHad problems with the install. Holes were visible in the back of my unit as it was cute to g by the factory. I was told that my electric plug would not show and it did because my designer measured wrong My glass was not in. I had to call them multiple times to get someone out to fix my unit Took 3 months for someone to come out. If I didn’t keep calling them, they would have completely forgot about me. Would never use again. They do not respond quickly.

Description of Work: The master bedroom and the guest bedroom closets were done with the standard Ca. Closets white shelving and double hanging rods. The results were beautiful! The closets now have more hanging space as well as storage shelves. Much more efficient use of space and neater appearance. We were so pleased with the results that we also ordered an update on the utility closet which is always bulging at the seams. That work will be done in February. |The designer was skilled at designing the space and clearly communicating her suggestions and ideas to us. The installer was professional and friendly. Excellent work and cleaned up after completing the project. We asked for him for the utility closet make-over. |We have used California Closets before this so they were the obvious choice for us now. We will use them again and recommend highly.

+ -1 moreThe guys who did the install were great - and they had to be because the plans they came with differed from what the salesperson worked out with us. I has to redesign the whole set up to accommodate wiring etc. Again, the installers were first rate but there was a disconnect somewhere between the sale and "final" install.

+ 0 moreThey did 4 closets for us. One man came out and worked on all 4 closets. It took him about 5 hours. The work he did was very neat and very clean. I am very, very pleased with them. They are a professional company.
Description of Work: They came out to our house to take measurements and give us ideas about what we could do with the space we have. They configure it on the computer. You can decide together what you want the closet to look like.
