Boca Bargoons of Fort Myers

On May 18,2017 material was purchased and the entire order was confirmed with the designer. Furniture was not picked up until June 12, 2017. When our reupholstered furniture was finally delivered to us at the end of September, the wing back chair cushion and ottoman were lumpy and wrinkled, both easy chair cushions were so overstuffed they did not fit properly in the chairs. We immediately sent the wing back chair cushion and ottoman back with the delivery person. The easy chair cushions were repaired a week later at our home by the designer. These simple repairs should have taken a few days but the 2 items were not returned to us for 3 weeks. When we did receive them, we immediately sent the ottoman back because the cording which was to frame the outside edge was not installed as specified in the order. It is now more than 180 days since we began this process and we still don't have all of our furniture back. The workmanship has been shoddy and careless, and the owner completely unresponsive to our communication with him.

Over-all, customer service was non existent.....replete with attitude from sales persons and no return of phone calls from design people. This Is unfortunate because, in all honesty, the workmanship on the upholstery is excellent. I would not, however, endure the attitude of the staff again. No way..
