Description of Work: Did a great job on cushions. I was told it would take 5 days it took 16 days. When I called they told me only to wait for a call from them. Never told me if it was going to be this year or next. Then they called and told me they were done. When cushions arrived they were the wrong ones, not mine. I called them again and was told they were sorry for mistake and to wait for the call. It finally came and the cushion were wonderful.

+ -1 moreThis company ruined our sofa and refused to correct their work or return our money. They were supposed to cover the sofa with a new fabric without changes to the design. Instead, they used single piping on the cushions instead of the double as was there before they did their work. To make matters worse, it was crooked. When we contacted them, they at first denied they had made a change in design implying we did not know what our sofa looked like before their work. When confronted with pictures of the sofa before the work was done, they said all we were initially concerned about was the price of their work, and since they gave us a good price, we shouldn't be so concerned about the results. They refused to do anything to correct their mistake and would not return our money. Because they ruined the appearance of the sofa and because we couldn't overlook their shoddy work, we just donated it to charity and bought a new sofa.
