They showed up the next day to do an estimate, and they did the work the day after I gave the go ahead. They were very nice, professional, responsive, and followed up every step of the way.

The company contacted me very promptly and came out to my home within hours. Ethan listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, spent time with us to make a plan. Very easy to work with. After details were tweaked we decided on a final plan with Antonio. He worked with me and when the crew and Ethan came out they executed the plan with speed and efficiency. Great workers and they left with all ends tied up nicely. Highly recommend Modern Cuts.

Antonio has been a pleasure to deal with. I have used him in two different occasions, each time just as professional. He remembered me from the first time he did work for me despite the fact it had been over a year. Very competitive price, honest and knowledgeable. Had good suggestions and advise. Made an appointment, but the representative no-showed. I called to see what was going on and possibly give them a second chance, but they never returned my call.

Made an appointment between 8-9. At 9:15 I emailed and asked if still coming. At 11 he called and said we wrote the time incorrectly. Told him he could come at 12. He then came, never received a quite. Waste of my time.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of Antonio, Ethan and their crew... Ethan helped me design a very simple but elegant style, low maintenance landscape...I was very, very impressed on how fresh and green the sod came when arrived...It has been a couple of weeks now since the project has been completed...the sod, grass is absolutely beautifully green and has taken root in the time frame expected...my new palm trees have already been showing signs of new growth already and I’m loving my new “shady lady” tree, which is showing signs of new growth also... After a problem with communications in November, our job was completed and done in a very prompt time frame. The work was excellent and everything was cleaned up and hauled away.

Work never performed on time. Have to call multiple times to get things done. Owner promises to be there in a day and never shows. Won’t answer the phone when work wasn’t done. Rude if you question poor service.

No show, no call! My husband called and left a message but got no response whatsoever. We will contact another tree removal service.

Did not show up for appointment to review work and give an estimate. Did not respond to call asking if he was going to be there. Unprofessional. Do not recommend this firm.

Modern Cuts of SWFL did an an amazing job at carefully removing a huge Australian Pine Tree that was near electrical wires. Antonio was wonderful to work with. He always responded quickly, answered all my questions, and I loved the way he wrote up the estimate. He is the only company that actually emailed me a professional quote with details of what was being done, and pictures of the tree then texted me pictures as soon as the job was completed. Our tenant was really happy with the job as well. He texted me saying "Tree removal was a success. Very pleased with the job this company provided. They cleaned up the area of the stump & all debris in the yard." The price was extremely reasonable and we will definitely being using Modern Cuts again for future work. Thank you!

Antonio and is crew were excellent to work with. The trimming was done just the way we asked to keep everything looking natural but not overgrown. While they were there, 3 of my neighbors also had him do some work for them and they were very happy.

Used them for tree trimming this spring and they were fantastic, low price and great work. I was quoted for lawn service and decided to use them for that as well. The first scheduled day it was raining, so we rescheduled for another day; no show and no call. Called the next day, left message, no response. Called the next day, still no response. Called several days later (5 I think) to see if I was even on the schedule, still no response. Have to wonder if they are in business any more. Regardless, would not recommend.

We got 3 different bids. While modern cuts was not the lowest (very close though) the professionalism and extra's they offered made us choose them. On the appointment day they arrived promptly and did the work. Due to the amount of time that it took the trees to come down (one with a metal pole growing in it) they had to come back the next day to complete the service. I have lived here in Cape Coral for 30 years and had a great number of companies do work on my home. This is by far the most Professional Company I have had do work at my home. Antonio came out reviewed everything with me as he promised, his work crew of professional came the next day and preformed all the work as promised. This is a company you need to call as they are Very Professional and do all work as was promised. I was so impressed I signed up for the monthly lawn care and can be glad I found an Honest and Professional Company to do Business with in Cape Coral.

Antonio did a great job right from the start. I put my request into Angie's list, and he called literally 2 minutes later. He came out to my place that day and was very professional but friendly at the same time. The bid he gave was very fair considering the work that was going to be done. He got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Had a few hiccups, but it was nothing that was his fault or his crews, it was just circumstances. They worked around those and got everything done. When I am ready for the next faze of my yard, I will be talking to him again.

Antonio was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He came to the house the afternoon I contacted him and sent me an estimate the same day. He offered excellent suggestions and several options. The job was scheduled for a morning eleven days later. He and his hard working crew showed up promptly and got the job done in several hours. The queen palm was removed with no damage to the house or surrounding shrubs. The trees were trimmed exactly as we discussed, to my total satisfaction. A problem getting the stump grinder there on time resulted in his returning that afternoon. The stump grinding in the back of the property went well but since I was not home he did not grind down the queen palm stump. There was no good way to do it without damaging the surrounding shrubs. After I replant several bushes he will come back and take care of the stump.

Antonio was amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone! I called late morning for a quote trimming four trees. One was a very large oak that had grown into the power lines and above the house. Antonio was at another job and came by afterwards since it was my only day off. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He sent me an estimate which was much cheaper than the others ones I had received! We set up an appointment the following week. His guys were on time and extremely polite and knowledgeable. I can not say enough about this company and was more than satisfied with the job done. They went above and beyond!
