It went very well! Antonio was extremely kind and helpful to my family and me! We wanted it cut down to the trunk and it was done and for a good price! His crew are hard workers and they did a great job. If you're looking for great service use Modern Cuts! We'll definitely use them again in the near future.

It took three days to get the project completed-it was supposed to take one day.

We found Modern Cuts here on Angie's List. I called Antonio, the President of the company and he was able to come to my home that same day and do a walkthrough. Antonio and I talked about what needed to be done and I became aware that all of the work needed/desired would exceed my budget. Antonio was able to break the estimates down into standalone jobs that could be completed as my finances allowed. That very night there was an estimate of work that needed to be done as well as how it could be broken down into financially manageable pieces in my email inbox. After reviewing the pricing with my husband, we called Antonio and scheduled the biggest part of the jobs first: the Areca trimming/ stump grinding and sod installation of brand new St. Augustine grass. Modern Cuts was able to do the entire job in just three days. At the time of this writing I am looking out at my new lawn and beautifully trimmed palm trees and I couldn't be happier. My husband and I have decided to hire Modern Cuts to provide our regular lawn maintenance/ pest control and tree/ shrub trimming services. We look forward to a great relationship with Modern Cuts and the Best Looking Lawn in the Neighborhood!

I called Antonio on a weekday afternoon to see how soon he would be able to come by for an estimate of the work needed and he showed up that same afternoon, just a couple hours later after the call. He quickly identified the issues and suggested the work to be done without pressuring me into anything. Also provided some tips about landscaping since I do my own yard. Antonio was very professional during the estimate and I noticed the other reviews seemed pretty accurate (professional, etc.) so I went ahead and hired him and his crew. He was available 2 weeks later. The day of the job, he showed up with his crew and got to work immediately. Total work probably took 2 hrs at the most and the guys were very professional and hardworking. The trees look great and we are extremely happy with the results. They found a couple critters hiding in the palms and im really glad we got the work done. They left the property nice and clean. Antonio also told me about a broken path light that must have cracked when a branch fell and offered to deduct it from the service price. With all the services offered by them, I will definitely be hiring them again for future landscaping jobs.

I found Modern Cuts of Southwest Florida in Angie's list and called on a Monday late afternoon. Antonio responded immediately and scheduled a no cost estimate the next morning at 8:30 am to which he showed up on time. Professional, courteous and polite. He gave me educated and experienced suggestions for the problem I had and for other issues I had going on in my lawn. I had already had another estimate and after talking to Antonio I could see that he knew what he was talking about. The price was perfect and we scheduled for what was convenient for me in 2 weeks. I wanted sooner but he was booked for the same week and I was out the following. I asked if there were any last minute openings for the same week to keep me in mind. The time that he had available I had a doctor's appointment but he assured me he would start with the smallest job so I would have time to get home and be here for the biggest trees. They trimmed the trees we agreed on and an additional one I asked him to do last minute which he did complimentary. He also took a small pile of old branches I had in the backyard waiting for the trash pick up. His crew also was very polite, hard working and pleasant. The job was finished on time and way above expectations. We discussed additional landscaping with my present plants including relocating them and re-arranging them which we scheduled for. He did not try to oversell me, was not pushy, and discouraged me from doing things that were harmful to my plants. I would definitely recommend him and use again!

Antonio arrived with his crew at the agreed time and worked continuously until completed. The crew was friendly and professional, cleaning up all debris. Antonio also gave me some helpful landscape tips.

Antonio and his crew came out to my house and did a complete landscaping overhaul after a new home purchase (+2 acres) in dire need of some tlc! I couldn't have asked for a better group of men. They were prompt and always on point in communicating with my husband and I throughout the whole process. We were so pleased with their work that we have continued to use them for our regular lawn maintenance provider. Without a doubt I would recommend this company to anyone looking for true professionals that show up when they say they are going to show up, follow through, and stand by their word!

Modern cuts sent out a gentleman to give me an estimate within an hour. their price was very reasonable, and they were very quick to respond once I gave approval. I would hire them again to do tree trimming or landscaping.
