Aztec Plumbing & Drains

I like them. I have them programed in my phone. The cost depends on what I have done. The last time I had them, my entire kitchen was ripped up. I had my dish washer and my sink put back in because I had everything out in the garage. I had mold problems in the kitchen. It was torn up and they had to put my garbage disposal back in, my sink and my water purifier. They hooked everything up. That was expensive. I would graded them a B for price, they aren't the cheapest. They so a really good job. They have a company policy where they give you three repair options. They do fantastic work. They are very responsive and they are always very happy when you call them. They are always punctual. They are very professional. They wear name tags. They even send you background check of the person who does your service to let you know that they have been drug screened. I really like that. They give you a little bio of the plumber, like he has been plumbing since he has worked for us. He has been in the plumbing business and he learned it from his dad. It is kind of nice when you know who is coming. I actually already knew my plumber because I had known him from when he was with another company. But I liked that they let me know more about him. It is good to know that they are doing the background checks.

This is all about excessive price gouging. That accounts for the F on price and D on professionalism. My wife noticed the garbage disposal had a slow leak and researched the issue and came to the conclusion that a new disposal was needed. We looked at Angie's list and saw that Aztec had a good rating and called them. My wife also went to Home Depot and bought a $105 garbage disposal. I was not at home. The plumber arrived and provided a bid - but said he could not guarantee anything if he installed the garbage disposal that my wife purchased. Our view is he wanted to make a lot of money on the part and his labor. He did the work in 90 minutes. We looked up the price of the disposal he installed and it was $86 on Amazon. So, the company made $357 on labor, which is the same as $238 per hour. I am sure this is not their real hourly rate. The bill has no detailed breakdown - he did not want to provide that. It was actually $443, but we had a $25 coupon. I see this as excessive price gouging. Dave West

Have dealt with Aztec previously and as usual, they (Marc) were prompt and pleasant to deal with and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.

The provider was prompt and very professional. He was knowledgable too.

We need to have the whole house repiped. We decided not to go with them and when he was walking out I was talking out loud to myself and said, "I must be really stupid." I was referring to not having obtained coverage before. Apparently the technician heard me because he replied with, "well, you did buy this house." I felt it was INCREDIBLY rude for him to affirm the statement - as if he was saying that I was stupid also!

See above. Also two appointment days and times were no-shows. After getting angry on second scheduled sppt, he finally showed up hours later.

Pat came out and cleared out my stopped up kitchen sink and shower. We had several plumbers come work on this problem with limited success. One plumber advised us to break up the shower floor and redo the tilt of the pipes. It would have cost a mint! He was fast and efficient. we had a funny smell and called them again to check out the cause. Pat and Bob came out and did not find a plumbing issue. They spent time explaining everything to us and did not charge us! That is rare! We plan on using them again when we update out bathrooms.

Everything went great and we're super happy. Mark had 33 years of experience as a plumber and it really showed. He was very professional as well as friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and presented us with a price plan that suited our needs. I would not hesitate to request Mark for our next visit when we need a plumber.

It was expensive but the price included removing the old toilets, installing two brand new ones and the two toilets themselves, then setting them and sealing the floor and stuff. It was expensive but it was a good price for all that they did.

My husband & I were pleased with the service provided. The technician was very courteous & professional. My only issue is he tried to sell us a water system (cost anywhere from $600.00-$3700.00) He tested our water & told us we have minerals & chlorine in the water & this water system could take care of the problem. We did not purchase the system. We will have an independent agency come test our water & if a water filtration system is necessary, we will shop around for price.

He also cleaned out the backed up showers. He was very personable and very kind to my elderly roommate. He also came on a Saturday and delayed his own dinner to help us with our problem. I will use this company again for my plumbing needs. I called on Saturday after 4pm and he came about one hour later. The company called back right away and listened to my problem. That was great because I thought I would be waiting for ever.

-up was neat and tidy. Most impressively, this was a happy crew. They loved their company and their job and it showed. Of course I'll use them again. As a matter of fact, we've scheduled a new shower and a remodel for the bath. Thanks for the great service.

Back in July I wrote a review that Aztec never responded to my request for a quote on this job; however they did do other work. Following up on the other work, their president sent me a letter with his email in case I had any problem. i wrote an email on Sunday night and heard from him by 8 am the next day. He apologized and said he'd get right on it. The remodel guy called me within an hour, apologized and fast tracked my project with a discount to accommodate the delay. End result: I now have a beautiful and safe shower for my elderly parents and my faith is restored in Aztec's commitment to customer service. This was not a big job for them, but they treated it like it was.

Technician was professional and informative. He checked every fitting and explained why they are so interested in making sure that the job they did has been successful.

They are supposed to come back out on Monday.

I've used them before. Top notch plumbing services. Nice personnel, on time and good service. I even bought a service plan from them because I trust them. However, they let me down big time when they never provided the quote. Their quote guy was on his way for vacation, and I guess my job was not big enough or important enough to matter. The girls in the office did as much as they could to get a response from either Jeremy or the guy who was covering for him, but neither ever responded. I'm now sorry I bought the service plan because I'm going to have to look for another plumber anyway. Even if they didn't want to do it, they should have responded. I called at least 4 times trying to get this quote, so there is no way they forgot or didn't know. Waiting on them wasted additional time and now the job won't be done when my elderly parents arrive. So all in all, I'd have to say if you need basic plumbing, these are good guys. If you need anything more, I could not recommend.

Over the past two years we have used Aztec Plumbing on 4 different properties throughout our family, for a variety of different jobs and through multiple remodels. They are nothing short of AMAZING. Always completely professional when they show up to the door, their customer service leaves you wanting for nothing and their work is second to none. They even send you an email before the tech comes to your house to give you a background bio and picture of who's showing up at your door. While I'm absolutely confident all their technicians are great, we use JJ on the regular for all our daily plumbing issues. JJ is THE MAN! Honest, trustworthy, incredibly knowledgeable and as polite as they get. His work always impresses us and he give you a real assessment without trying to push anything on you that you don't need. He has worked with my mother in law, my parents and my fiancé and I on our homes and he has truly become part of the family! I would also like to give a big shout out to the Re-Pipe crew. Ive never seen anything like what those guys were able to accomplish in a day. My mother in law has a two floor condo in The Forest Country Club and in *1* day these guys were able to Re-pipe a 2200sqft 3 full bath place.. Again all the guys that showed up were incredibly polite and made my mother in law feel completely comfortable while they worked in her place. There is a comfort in knowing when you have a problem you have the right people to help you solve it. Aztec Plumbing are undoubtably "those people" for all your plumbing needs. Everything went very well. I spoke to Britney in the office, she was great and knew what I was referring to about what needed fixing (the cartridge in the shower). My husband tried to remove it, but it would not budge. I received service that same day within a few hours of my call. Kyle the plummer came out and removed the old cartridge and put a new one in. The job went smooth, and the plumber was soon off to his next job. Company personnel were very courteous. Yes, I would definitely call them again if I ever have another problem.

They put on booties when they came in. They explained what was going on in my language not plumbers language. They were efficient and on time. They were late, but they called to let me know what was going on.

My toilet began having big air bubbles, which I have never experienced. After some internet research I suspected a problem with the vent - and began watching for snakes and frogs in the bowl Lol. The issue stopped on its own then started again on the weekend a few days later. I contacted Aztec by email on Saturday, expecting to call them on Monday. They called me on Sunday & set up the appointment for Tuesday because I wasn't available on Monday. They sent me an email Tuesday morning with information about Gary who would be coming, including a picture. Amazing! And very helpful to a woman living alone! Gary arrived on time & quickly determined that the problem was a clog rather than the vent. He quickly fixed the problem & educated me on several things along the way. He spoke to my landlord on the phone & was highly professional at all times. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but if I do I'll definitely call Aztec!

Aztec was excellent. I also called Next Plumbing and Eco Plumbing. They were all excellent companies, but I was looking at different options including going tankless and wanted to give them all a shot. In the end, I went with Aztec because I had worked with them before on that property, and they had done a excellent job in the past as well as the options they offered were a bit closer to what made sense for me. It was a tough choice though and wouldn't hesitate going with the other two companies as well. They were all close in price with slightly different plans they offered. In the end, I paid quite a bit more for the peace of mind on the 10 year full parts and labor warranty. Something I usually don't purchase, but its a rental and every time I get a call its quite a drive--so I was in the worry free mindset. They installed the new water heater immediately. The tenant is happy and I hope to have no more bills or water heater worries for 10 years at least.

It turned out well. It was great, very prompt, very professional and knowledgable. I found this company through a recommend from someone who had used them. They were knowledgable. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

From the first visit for an estimate until the actual installation, Scott with Aztec Plumbing was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were given dates and times, and they were honored as scheduled. The installation was efficient and clean. We are very pleased and will use them again.

This is not really a review of service rendered, more an FYI for others looking for a service provider that this provider indicates that they do not service all of Collier county. From their listing: Service Area Lee, Collier & Portions Of Charlotte County. I live in Orangetree which is in Collier county, but they indicated they do not service this far out in Collier. Just keep this in mind if you are looking for plumbing services, or purchasing a "deal" that you might want to make sure that they will actually provide services to your location. I would have thought a plumber that is located in Fort Myers and services Collier county would service Orangetree, since I'm as close to Fort Myers as I am to downtown Naples.
