Employee Nick was on time, was very professional, efficient, neat, cordial and gave me a lot of peace of mind to have someone so knowledgeable. i was charged for the labor to install the new unit. The manufacturer replaced the heater at no cost. Aztec will definitely be my plumbing company in the future.

Had some good and bad. First guys that came to give the estimate were very nice and professional. The guys came for the re pipe and were very sloppy, damaged our floors through carelessness. The dry wall guys were awesome and can't say enough about them. We had some issues with the job but in the end Aztec backed up their work and either fixed what needed fixed and took care of what they needed to take care of which is all that matters. I would use them again for sure

I think I paid way too much for the service provided. He used a computer to estimate but no prices because they changed but to "bundling" depending on how much I had done.

okay but he tried to sell me a new sink faucet (which I did not need, or want) for $750......That made me mad as ****.....I just want what I called for fixed and no more

Called them on Thursday afternoon, work was scheduled for Friday afternoon. Tech arrived early (good) checked out the situation, explained what he needed to do and gave an estimate of the final cost. After getting the necessary approval he completed the repair. I could not had had a better experience and plan to use them on other projects.

Aztec plumbing did an outstanding job! Not only did they spend explain everything to me but they were very knowledgeable and skilled in their profession . They were courteous with the clean up after the repairs , The price they charged was very fair and they were right on time when they arrived. As a single lady I would recommend them as a company you can trust to be fair and honest .

It was an emergency. They saved me a lot of time and money. The pricing was competitive. We could not really call anybody else because the water was running and we could not use the house. So, we got to get it fixed, but just in future work that we have had done, they were very good pricewise. The quality of work was excellent. We only used them for the emergency. They were here within an hour and fixed it which we thought was a reasonable amount of time and money for what they had to do.

Jim is the epitome of professionalism! He's a third generation expert plumber and he knew everything and then some. We have never had as much fun and great work all in one with any service provider. Jim went above and beyond for our job. He explained our options and was completely no pressure. His truck was well stocked and we didn't have to wait for parts. Best of all, we got to know Jim on a human level as he was here for a while. What a great guy and a wonderful experience. We will definitely hire Aztec again and we will ask for Jim again as well.

Water heater installed on time and in a morning. One of the interesting things about the Hybrid WH is that it cools and dehumidifies the garage! Added bonus. The laundry sink developed a small leak the next morning. It took a repairman about 45 minutes to get to it and about 2 minutes to fix it. He rechecked all the connections and retested. The drywall repair (from tub install) was completed and a new texture coat applied. All is well with this now.

Easily accessible water shut-off for the toilet started leaking at my vacation home. I was charged $216 for this quick and simple repair. The nationwide cost range is $50 to $175. The work was done satisfactory.

Service was great! Danny is so professional and explained what the problem was to me as he fixed it. I was really impressed with the excellent level of his service.

From the time I called Aztec Plumbing and spoke with a young lady (Rosie, I believe her name was), she was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They sent a terrific plumber out the same day that I called and he fixed everything within a couple hours. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I fully understood what had caused the problems and he fixed them all. Also, the cost for repairs was extremely reasonable--more than fair--considering the time it took to fix the problems and the cost of parts. They used CPVC for the Tub connection. After having a different plumber out and then Aztec, it has been made known to me that a Copper tube must be used for the tub spout connection if you ever want to change your tube/shower fixtures. Even though Aztec is aware of this they still continue to use CPVC because it is to code. Their solution to this problem is that I should pay them between $300.00 to $500.00 (depending if I want them to repair the drywall) to install the copper pipe. I think they should do it correctly the first time. If you use this company, please be aware of this problem.

The office called to say the plumber was available two hours earlier than expected and if that was okay for him to arrive early. That was fine with us. He repaired the sink and checked out the other faucets. Very professional.

Great work and left work area clean

The repipe crew was excellent. They were very courteous, professional and answered all questions as the repipe progressed. It was a bigger job than I anticipated, but they finished the repipe in one day and had our water turned back on the same day. They put in almost a 10 hour day and worked steadily without any breaks and even cleaned up afterwards! We were very pleased with the entire crew and the job they did. They of course had to cut into the drywall in order to do the repipe, but overall they were able to keep the cutting to a minimum. The drywall repair person came out within a couple of days (after inspection) and he did an excellent job of drywall repairing. After I painted there is no way you would ever know where the cut-ins were. I would highly recommend them.

I called for an estimate for a problem. Technician arrived early and gave me an estimate which was reasonable and even offered me a $30.00 off coupon to use when the work was performed. The technician advised me that I could save the cost of the repair by calling the city since the repair was actually the city's responsibility and not the home owner. The tech could have not given me information and gone ahead and let me have them do the repair, but he was honest. It showed me just how honest this company is.

It has always been really good. That was a problem job and there was stuff they forgot, dry wall problems but they were professional.

The price is a little steep. They do not do anything badly and give good advice. If they see anything you can do by yourself they tell you instead of having to call them out so that is a really good quality.

I cannot say enough about Pat of Aztec Plumbing. I made a very stupid mistake - putting flour down the drain. Ended up with backed up toilets and showers - with flour coming up the shower drain. Tried everything I could to no avail. I called several plumbers, including one who we have worked with in the past for a new hybrid water heater - the only plumbing company who actually answered the phone on a Saturday morning was Aztec. The receptionist was very polite and ensured me that they could get someone out by 6 pm. Fortunately, that timeline was moved up and Pat arrived much sooner. He was polite and professional. He came into the home to look at the problem, and asked me to fill the bathtub and run the water - amazingly, the clog opened - without having to do anything else! I know there are other plumbing companies out there who might have taken advantage of my situation, but Pat was honest and didn't perform any service I did not need. I would never consider calling another plumbing company. It is a rarity to find good honest people in business! Recommend them highly!!

I'm still so amazed that I called Monday morning, talked to Paula who was extremely pleasant, and within 2 hours Aztec was at my house for a non-emergency plumbing job!! I still in shock! If you've had any work done in SW FL, you must be wondering how this is possible. Good communication (no voice mails, waiting days for a return call), showed up on the SAME day that I called (not a week later), even came earlier after calling if it was okay, presented a fair quote right away, completed the work on the SAME day (not dragging it into two or three days), was pleasant, professional, experienced. I finally found a company that I don't have to beg to take my money!! Scott listened to all of my concerns, asked the right questions, presented a very reasonable quote, and started right away. He finished all of these jobs in a expert, thorough, and professional manner and cleaned up everything spotlessly. He explained things along the way and satisfied all of my initial concerns; I learned quite a bit from Scott which I appreciate. He even wore the booties over his shoes every single time he entered my house since my new tile floor hadn't been sealed yet. The price was quite reasonable and fair. Scott was very experienced and knowledgeable which gave me a lot of confidence and trust in Aztec. Honestly, I couldn't be happier and have finally found my plumbers for life. I won't be using anyone else ever again.

Responded to call within one hour, and was able to complete quote in less than five minutes, started work immediately and had everything completed in five hours. Meticulous attention to detail and very fair price compared to other quotes. Also, was not there to "sell" more services like others I had contacted. I have their number saved on my phone!

They fixed the leak for an outrageous fee and will not provide details as to what they did.
