It was easy to work with them but their pricing was kind of high. They were professional and did a nice neat job.

Initial appointment and estimate went well. Rep was professional and seemed knowledgeable. My big problem was getting more information from them with respect to the estimate. Since I had no hot water, the situation was fairly urgent -- for me at least. I tried on numerous occasions to get model number and spec information on the water heater, water softener and filtration system they were recommending. Given that the water heater alone would have cost more than $2,600, I thought my request was more than reasonable. However, getting any detailed information from them was like pulling teeth. After four or five phone calls, I wasn't getting anywhere so I gave up on them.

Called, late in the evening, would have come out but scheduled for next morning. They called on time to set the arrival time. Arrived promptly, the technician was friendly, explained the services, work to be done and price up front. He also checked the line with a camera and found what will become future issues. Honest,prompt, fair pricing. We will soon replace the drain lines, 55 yrs old very corroded. It will be a pleasure to work with Aztec on this project.

The call to Aztec was answered with a courteous and helpful tone. We discovered the leak late in the day and advised Aztec that repair scheduled for the next day was fine, no emergency service needed. The service was scheduled for the afternoon of the next day. Aztec called me the day of the serto keep me advised of the approximate arrival time. The plumber, Jan, arrived as planned and the work was done in professional and courteous manner. Jan was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering ideas on other plumbing ideas. Aztec is consistent in with the customer service, timeliness and professionalism so they have done all our plumbing work (water heater, faucet replacement, etc).

Great since all were installed/ replaced same day even though the plumber had to go off island to purchase water heater. We had already purchased the 3 toilets and helped plumber carry them upstairs and also lift water heater. We were shocked at the cost to install each toilet and take away the old since it was approximately $320.00 so that added up to about $960.00. That is quite a fine hourly amount for a job that takes no more than 1.5 hours.

Quick, easy and the technician was great at explaining the unit.

Bob was great. Very responsive, estimated arrival, arrived on time. Very professional, and cleaned up. Up front accurate estimate. Aztec is now our plumbing service. Helped us it immensely as we had a house full of guests.

A piped burst and they told us to call OUR Insurance company, we had a $2500.00 deductible and they will not give us money or return our phone calls, they told us that we need to call our Insurance Co which we have been doing but their Insurance company will not contact ours back and Archie at Aztec said it was not their problem

The tech was great. He was clean and efficient. He was on time and professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. It was a good experience. I even gave him a tip.

Had a problem with the pilot light on my water heater. Aztec came out within a couple hours after I called, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the issue. Scott was ery professional and knowledgable. Also followed up with electronic invoice and options for replacing the heater.

plumber arrived -- less than 1/2 hr, late. Checked the water meter to see if there was indication of water leakage, perhaps from toilet or other sinks. No problem. checked the faucet and found clog in the defuser ( Moen faucet) Cleaned defuser. No luck. had one in truck and replaced it -- works like new. Ve

Aztec has a slick customer service operation, sending customers bios of the plumber who will do the work, etc., but I'd rather have a guy (or woman) in a truck who does good work at a good price. The price was very high and the work was not good. Two of the sinks still leaked after the plumber declared them fixed. We discovered one of the still-leaking sinks before the plumber left but on the other one, we had to call Aztec back. I asked Aztec to send a different plumber this time but the request was disregarded. Also, the price increased by about $70 after the first estimate because the plumber said the parts warehouse did not have the right part. All in all, it was an expensive and bad customer experience.

All the communications were really good. The new owner had the work done by them by what I understand but have not talked to him since.

The crew worked very **** ** a very hot day. They completed their work in one day.

The plumber was on time, very professional, did an excellent job and even dealt with small issues on the task like re-routing the feed line without any delays or additional expense.

We really needed a plumber on a Saturday morning when we woke up to a leak ruining our hardwood floor outside the bathroom. I could see it was either the toilet or the shower valve in the wall that was causing the water to seep under the hardwood floor. After I turned off the main water valve I called Aztec Plumbing. I had seen their trucks around advertising 24 hour service. The plumber arrived about 3 hours later and told us it would cost $520 which I thought was a bit high but we were in dire straits so I agreed. Forty five minutes later he was finished and we paid the invoice. ($520 for a $12 shower valve + labor). I called around to a few plumbing shops on Monday to compare the price. I was bamboozled. So much for a local community business. Never again.

Plumber Jan did a great job. A very nice young man and his work was meticulous

Service Technician Jan Harris came out within an hour after I called Aztec. He made some necessary adjustments, and the pressure came on full blast. I got a very helpful tutorial on how to manage the pressure of the dock faucet. Jan was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. His top-notch service will ensure that Aztec Plumbing will be my plumbing contractor from now on.

They are a very good company. I would call them again in a second.

We had more work done by them, and they were very professional, thorough and as always did a fantastic job. He's very honest, and upfront with his prices and work.

They did same day service even though I did not need it. Nick S was very professional and did a quick job. I would hire them again.

The job was done efficiently and fixed the issues, however, I am not so convinced we may have received the best pricing.
