Description of Work: They provided an emergency repair to the expansion tank, which had failed. They were very punctual, efficient and the pricing was fair with them.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaky toilet water valve. Showed up 2 hrs before scheduled time and while the work was great as always, plumber was slightly condescending about the situation and arrival time 2 hrs early.

Description of Work: They did an excellent re-plumbing of the whole house in one day. Wall repairs were done another day. Super professional, respectful and effective.

Description of Work: Hooked up bathroom sinks and faucets. Managed to squeeze me in same day, even though I called in the afternoon. Very nice to work with.

Description of Work: They were called for emergency service due to toilets not flushing. They supposedly "completely cleared" the pipes and used cameras to verify. Not more than 10 days later we had water pushing up through our master bath tub/toilet while running our washing machine. Estimated costs to our home, which included professional dry out services, looks to be at minimum $8000. Aztec sent same plumber out same day only to be told they found "wipes and tampons" in toilet which caused clog and subsequent damage. We hadn't flushed such items since they had been there previously. If anything, we had been very careful not to flush anything other than toilet paper because we certainly didn't want another bill. We contend that they didn't properly and thoroughly do their job the first time or we wouldn't be having same problem days later. Aztec management did nothing but make excuses for their very defensive and lying employee who changed his story at least twice when relaying his side to office. The manager I spoke with had a very scripted and disingenuous response and various excuses were made why they don't warranty this type of service. The plumber who came both times to do service went as far as to blame my barely 2 year old daughter for the clog stating who knows what she may have put down. He conveniently forgot both our toilets have lid locks and my daughter is still in diapers. | |From reading other negative reviews I now realize the department at Aztec with the best trained employees is their social media response team. I expect nothing less than an unapologetic and defensive response. | |I'm in property management and have never experiencedsuch a hands off response to an unhappy experience....especially where a customer felt the service offered was not only bad but a liability.
