Hired Jason and David to build a concrete retaining wall around my above ground pool and also to do some stucco repairs all of this after hurricane Ian. Was told job would be done using blocks poured with rebar...plan was changed without notification to do a poured retaining wall with rebar...i was ok with this so didn't cause an issue or more cost. Once workers were done I contacted Jason to find out why stucco repairs were not textured and if they were gonna use the use the dirt dug up to fill back in around the wall...was told that back fill was not included...i thought that should have been part of site clean up but they also left scrap rebar and blocks which i don't know why those were even there since they didn't make it from blocks. site was left a mess. That was the last response i got after many texts and voicemails to both gentlemen i got zero response. Fast forward to about 3 months later contracted another company to come in to level area and assemble and fill pool. I was informed that the pool wouldn't fit because the retaining wall was not built to correct size. As per contract and many verbal confirmations the INSIDE dimensions were to be a MINIMUM of 14 feet wide and 26 feet longs and this is what the old wooden wall was and the old pool of exact make and model fit. Inside is just over 12 feet with outside being 14 feet. So now i need to hire a new company to cut one of long sides out/demo/remove then reframe with new rebar and repour and then reschedule to have pool put in. So far estimates have been close to $1500 to just remove/demo/dispose of the one side...still have yet to get price for cribbing and pouring at correct dimensions. due to the way we were dismissed and not listened to i not even sure if i would be comfortable having them come back to correct the work.

The work was done very well. Jason explained the project to me in details. The project started soon and completed accordint to schedule. The project price is reasonable.

Remove and replace all existing siding and house wrap, and install with premium vinyl siding wrap.j-channels ,starters enbd strips. caulk and seal all exterior openings all debris. removed including final clean-up.remove and replace all vinyl soffits,finyl fascia covers.remove and replace and replace deck spindles damaged horizontal handrails all railings including stairs, damageddeck supports 4x4s to be replaced inclding header boards missing aqnd damaged all wood to be pressure treated a glass window storm type was damaged by contractor totaling1,250 lplus tax to be paid for contractor.

On time on budget fair price

Jason and his crew were great. They repaired and/or replaced soffits. Painted soffits, downspouts and gutters. I have had a lot of compliments on the paint job.

We live in Cape Coral. We experienced the eye of the much-televised slow-moving hurricane Ian. The deviation was widespread. Many houses were washed away. On Ft Myers Beach some owners in addition to losing their home, also had their property washed away. In the middle of this disaster, there were many charlatans from all over the country that came in for the "feeding". We chose CTG as our contractor. Dealing with the insurance was Frustrating. We had 6 different insurance adjusters. Some of our friends got Public "adjusters" to help them get money for their repairs from the insurance companies. Once you sign with a Public Adjustor, you lose control of the process. CTG acted as our Public Adjustor and got more money for the repairs that required it. But they do not charge for that service. Jason Turner told me that is what they do. That is their job. Public Adjusters slow down the prices and charge a percentage of everything you get from your insurance company. Getting supplies to do the work was a nightmare. Home Depot and the other supplies kept running out of supplies. CTG did what had to be done. They would drive with their vehicles where they needed to go to get building supplies. Be it Tampa, Miami, or wherever. The quality of their work was top-notch.
