+ -1 moreThe weed killer they used never seemed to kill the weeds. It seemed like they grew even more. After several complaints from us, they used a new product that ended up burning the yard and killing most of our beautiful lawn. When we called them about it, they said they had used a new product and our yard was the second one they had burned, so now they have quit using that particular product. Seems like the professional thing to do would have been to offer to do a treatment to correct their error.
Description of Work: Sprayed the yard for weeds every two months.

Description of Work: Awesome service, always on time and super professional!! A local company you can depend on, not a big chain where you feel as though you are another number in their system. I would not change them for anything. We have been using them for two years and have received nothing but the best!!service.

+ -1 moreGr8! He provided an amazing amount of information and details regarding what and how to look for creatures in the future including flies in the drains and bed bugs. They will have all sizes of mattress covers soon to prevent (or eliminate) bed bugs. Drain flies were apparently common, especially in properties like ours in close proximity to the river. He advised that we use the dishwasher, flush toilets, and run water in the sink often to prevent any infestation. He rx making sure this was done at least once a week should we leave the property, whilst traveling, etc.
Description of Work: George was very prompt and professional in his assessment of our "dust" discovered in a paper wrapped picture frame we found when we were packing to move. He said it was a Dry Wood Termite that probably hatched from and egg stuck in the joint of the frame. He said he believed it was a single event with no other culprits found onsite. So he did not have to treat. We eliminated the frame after he advised we wrap it in plastic to contain the critter. Because Armstrong has a contract with our association, I am unable to comment regarding the price of services. When I have more info about $ I will add that comment.
