Description of Work: they got wrap up in a bunch of real estate deals and needed the money you do the math. look up the owners name on lee county tax appraiser. and yes there work was unprofessional ,sometimes unnecessary,inept,took days for them to answer there phone in the heat of the summer.and as a fool i used them for 5 years or so.

Description of Work: They showed up to give me an estimate then wanted 180.00 for the estimate then literally cussed me out over the phone and then posted negative comments online. My whole Angies List experience has been crap and no longer want anything to do with the site.

Description of Work: I had an emergency, my a/c went out on Saturday night. Hot and humid. The inside of house rose to about 83 degrees. First thing Sunday, logged onto Angie's List to look for a qualified A/C repair company. Came across Aries Refrigeration & aIR Conditioning. I called around 8:00 AM, my call was immediately returned by the owner. He told me someone would be out in an hour. The service repair tech arrived within the timeframe stated. He was excellent and very professional (Bob). He explained what was wrong with the unit and repaired in a timely manner. Overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be calling for maintenance and future repairs (if necessary)....

Description of Work: I used Aries Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. I use them all the time. I last used them as I had a pump leak in my air conditioner. They got rid of the pump as it always made a noise when it came on and put a wire going through a closet and out to the front of the house so that the water goes outside which eliminated the idea of the pump.
