+ -1 moreThe plans were great and he put me in contact with a great construction company in Cape Coral, (Ron Schmitt Construction, Inc.) The slow process was getting all of the county permits approved. After that, the project was done in about 3 months. It's just what we wanted and it's beautiful. Also changed our pool screen cage from white to bronze. I would recommend Mr. Castellanos for architectural design.
Description of Work: I had Mr. Castellanos design a new roof addition for the patio of our house. He provided detailed blueprints of just what we wanted and also made some changes that were needed along the way. $500.00 for the design and prints.
