They did a great job. We were most pleased with the quality of the product and the skill of the installers.

We went to All Wholesale Flooring because my sister had been there and said they were really good about explaining the different products, installations, etc. As soon as we walked in the door, Christian Longo, the owner, sat us down and educated us on different hardwood flooring types, advantages/disadvantages of each, process of installation, different manufacturers and answered all our questions without any sales pressure whatsoever. He showed us photos of other installations, gave us the name/phone number of another recent customer who had a 'floating' hardwood floor installed, and invited us to view an existing installation at a home in Cape Coral (which we did). We also took samples of different wood colors/types home. I was very nervous going from white carpeting to dark wood floors and took quite a bit of time making a color decision. Christian was extremely patient and very helpful. They are very competitive when it comes to costs because we also had estimates elsewhere. The installers were fantastic - friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each working day. We wanted the strip of wood in the doorway thresholds to be installed in a certain manner and they complied with our wishes. I firmly believe that Christian is the key to the success of the business. You MUST meet with Christian!! We LOVE our new floors.

The in store experience with the customer service follow up was outstanding! They came when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They were nice to have in your home, they couldn't have been more flexible in working with me for my schedule. They followed up with me on everything and they had a nice selection. If they didn't have something I wanted they would try to find it for me and they were just as excited with the end result as I was! Fabulous work! I can't say enough good things. It's a small family owned business and it's tremendously customer centered!

It was marvelous, they were absolutely wonderful. They stuck to their estimate, finished the job on time and they were absolutely perfect craftsmen. The price was very reasonable.

Chris was wonderful to work with because he listened and was very creative. We used three different products in our installation. Chris and his crew were professional, easy to talk to, and cleaned up each day. We love the result. We are waiting for a couple of T-moldings to come in so they can be installed and our job will be complete. Also Chris's website is filled with ideas from work done in other homes. I had researched woods and flooring companies for months and am very thankful to have found All Wholesale Flooring.

They did a really good job but they weren't as prompt as I would have liked them to be. Everything turned out excellent. The quality was really good.
