+ -1 moreSome of the supplied parts were missing so he could not finish the job, which was no fault of his. I was able to contact the handleset manufacturer to resolve the missing pieces. George was great and tried to make it work to no avail. Further he charged me only for his travel. Highly recommend.

+ -1 moreGeorge talks to himself while he works, which is fine, but he repeatedly said “what the h€!!, and “are you shi##ing me” as he was assembling and installing our ceiling fans. To be clear, he wasn’t speaking to us, but the language was not appropriate.
