Company owner (Larry) was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided initial estimate, gave us detailed information about the exact procedure, took the time to answer any and all questions we had, and responded to additional questions via e-mail in a timely manner. He performed the work himself with the assistance of two workers, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our roof is very low with only limited "crawl space", but Larry and his crew accessed all areas to complete the job according to our expectations. Larry told us when his schedule would allow work to begin and notified us of any unexpected changes. He and his crew were punctual and worked steadily to get the job done on schedule, although due to the tight space in the roof/attic, it took a couple of days longer than initially expected. Although the cost was more than we had planned to spend, it was well worth it to have the foam rather than other types of insulation. We are already beginning to see the benefits in regard to our air conditioning and water temps. We highly recommend this company.
