Excellent experience. Called Richard on a Sunday afternoon and he arrived a couple hours later in a major rainstorm. How's that for outstanding customer service? Quickly diagnosed that my compressor was overheating and shutting the unit down. He could have tried to sell me a new compressor (expensive). Instead, he further diagnosed that the fan motor was bad and was sapping too much amperage and that was what was causing the compressor to overheat. He quickly replaced the motor and we were blowing cold air again. Can't say enough how happy I was with Richard and his company. Will recommend to everyone I know. Don't go anywhere else!

I have used Richard for several years now. He is honest and does a GREAT job. He came out, found the problem, addressed them on the spot, and even came back, no additional charge, to re-inspect for leaks.

Fantastic; this individual is both professional and cares about both his performance and his cutomer's complete satisfaction. Even after the installation when I questioned something, he was back at my premises the very next day and spent additional time without charge to be sure his work had met my expectations. I have heard from at least 5 other individual home and business owners that have now utilized his service with excellent service that was more than prompt and professionally administered.
