Description of Work: Still thinking about purchase. The owner was very communicative, understanding and personable. The cost of sliding doors is a lot, so we are thinking, but if we do decide to have them replaced , we will definitely use Affordable

Description of Work: We had Peter come out to look at our sliding doors to give us a bid. Something happened to our doors where the slider frames seem to have stains on them. He gave us a bid to have the sliding glass doors completely replaced and we do not want to spend the money to replace the doors at this time. Our experience with him was great though. He was just so ethical and wonderful and I would hire him in a minute if we were going to replace our doors.

Description of Work: During the course of one week, I placed three phone calls to these people trying to make an appointment for an estimate on replacing three windows. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me back and I left my name and number as requested three times. I never heard from this company or anyone representing it. I guess my three windows were just not enough profit for them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

+ -1 moreI got the impression the salesman was too busy selling expensive replacement windows to bothered selling moderately priced storm shutters.
Description of Work: Called to get a quote on Hurricane shutters for my home. Woman who answered the phone said they did install shutters and referred me to a salesman. Salesman was not interested in giving me a quote. Claims they no longer do shutters that I could come into their office and look over the leftover stock of follding and roll down shutters. This is inconsistent with their advertising and info on Angies List.

+ 0 moreDuring a remodeling project we needed to replace two bedroom windows. We had Wholesale Hurricane Protection come out, measure, and order our custom windows. We were very pleased that our windows were replaced in the time they said they would be. What we love the most is the reduction of outside noise. We are no longer bothered by our neighbor who likes to power wash his deck early Saturday mornings.
Description of Work: Purchased and installed two high end quality hurricane impact windows for our home.
