The company was able to schedule a technician the same day and he came even earlier than promised. Carlo, our service person, came with a truck full of tools and parts and had everything working in less than an hour. The repair was done professionally and for a fair price. Carlo explained everything he was doing and it was a pleasure to have someone with his skill and customer oriented attitude! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this service. Great job.

For a very reasonable price, the service man got this older garage door opener functioning. He went out of his way to get us going again. Replaced the board and supplied two remotes to work with it.

We visited Action's website to obtain information about styles of door and then called the company. Sales provided all the information we needed to make a decision about style of door, colors, and the type of opener that would fit our needs. Their website also allows someone view different door styles, colors, etc. to see what they would look like with the varied color and window choices The installation process for the door and opener went well. The crew was timely, courteous and professional.

Exactly as I gave an "A" for everyone. They were on top of job for time, and work completed. Couldn't ask for more.

Action came by and gave us an estimate of $7,091 for what is arguable $1,000 worth of work. Absolutely disgraceful.

I called when they opened at 7 and explained that our door would not close and that it looked like a spring had broke. I asked if someone could come out that morning and she told me I would be their first call. He arrived quickly and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me other problems with our door that needed to be fixed and took care of everything that needed to be done.

Door stopped working on Sunday. Left online message through Action's website. They called first thing Monday morning and schedule app't that afternoon. Juan arrived within the prescribed time frame and promptly fixed the spring issue. Juan was very personable and professional. Would recommend using Action for all your garage door needed. Bravo guys.

They told us to call the company that provided the opener and see what they would do and come to find out that they would give us a new motor. They are very honest and did not try to rip us off.

Sent them a email with the size and type of door I wanted and the replied with a price right away then came out to confirm size they pulled all permits and remove all trash

We've had Action Automatic Door & Gate to our home a few times for repair of our Lifestyle garage screen (which we LOVE - great investment) and also for general maintenance on the garage door itself. Always friendly, professional service and installer even gave me a few tips that were much appreciated. Oh...and Jenny on the phone is so sweet and makes sure you get what you need.

They installed the door. The door stopped going up and down. I was trapped in my car, I couldn't leave. I called them and I was told they would charge me $199.99. I thought it was a bizarre number. They're charging me $200 to come out. When I explained to them that. When they are not at the office they have like an emergency service that picks up. I was explaining to them that I was trapped in my garage. They were saying we can get someone to come out and help you but it would be $200. I tried to explain to them it had only been one week to the day since I purchased the door and paid them to install the door. I didn't understand why. I asked them to give me any advice for what I could do to get out of my garage and nope, nope, you have to give us $200 to come out and get you. I did not want to pay them $200 so I ended up leaving my car and just catching a ride to where I wanted to go. After the holiday was over, I got a call from them and they sent someone out to fix the door. It turned out the first person did a bad job by not securing some loose wires. They did not secure the connection well and so it stopped working. When they finally did reopen after the holiday's there were apologies, they send someone right away to fix it. They did not charge me anything. The problem was when they were not there I was trapped. Asking if I would use them again is a hard question because what happened to me was very inconvenient. When I had a chance to deal with the people directly and not who their calls are forwarded to, I did not have a problem. I suppose what happened with them could happen with any one so yeah, I suppose I would use them again.
