+ -1 moreIt was great. They located the problem, faulty wiring. Replaced it, cleaned out a clogged drain line. Cool air flowing again on a 90 plus day. Prompt, knowledgeable, fair, professional. Our go to for any HVAC issues from now on.
Description of Work: AC unit stopped working. I called absolute best an left a message with the office. I had a prompt return call, appointment was set. They were here within just over an hour when I placed the first call.

+ -1 moreAbsolute Best installed my air handler and outside compressor some years ago. They did an excellent job and the price was fair. I have them come out to check the system every year for preventive maintenance--a very good idea. Every year, Brad cleans the cooling coils inside the air handler, cleans out the drain and checks the coolant in the outside compressor.
Description of Work: Annual maintenance service on air conditioning unit.
