AAA CURBING & LANDSCAPING

I absolutely love the work. yard looks so nice. they were very professional, friendly, easy to work with and punctual. After getting another quote I had AAA do the work. I am not sorry I hired them. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent. After some communication problems in the beginning, everything went great and on time. They did an excellent job and we are very happy. We would recommend.

On 3-24-15 I had 158' of curbing installed by Deryck, the owner of AAA. His wife (Jenny), I spoke back & forth in phone conversations over the following 3 days about a few issues with finished product. She was very polite & I was just asking questions. A couple of the small issues I told her I would accept...one other complaint on a crooked section of the curbing along my garage, I texted pictures to his wife Jenny on that friday asking if anything could be done about it. I Never did get a call back from the company after the weekend. Obviously the owner doesn't take work criticism well at all, because on 4-1-15, 7 days after work was done, I came home from work & he had came buy my house during the day & completely busted all my curbing up, foot by foot, the entire 158' with a sledgehammer and left it. WITH NO PHONE CALL FIRST. They say "90 day money back Satisfaction Guaranteed" on their website. Actually they mean, If they don't do it to your liking, they come bust it up with NO phone call! Very poor business ethics. Who would do such a thing? I have put in a stop payment on the check and working on finding a new company.

Not a good start with getting an estimate. They are too busy.

ZIP. I called this company in December twice. Left message. Since it was during the holiday period, I didn't expect a return call until January. ZIP. I called again towards the end of February/March. Spoke with a lady on a Monday for an appointment. They asked if they could call me later. I said yes. They called me back a week later. I expect a return cal in 24-48 hrs. They may do excellent work but the office needs some serious help. My above ratings are for the office workers. I have since gone elsewhere.

AAA is the go to guys when you need curbing. They return phone calls, show up when they promise and their work is excellent! My job wasn't the biggest on their list but you couldn't tell from their attitude toward it. The curbing is exactly what I wanted even to the exact color. Their price is very competitive and their work is top rate. I will have them back for more of the same in the near future.

Called set up a date to have an estimate for curbing in our front yard Jenny was very helpful and knowledgable on the phone - Deryck was prompt on time and quick with the estimate, and his estimate showed the pricing and his price per ft - which I've found doesn't always happen. Had a few things happen and weren't able to call back right away but still got a great feeling from Jenny when I did call and even added some curbing to the order (we decided to take it all the way around the side of the house so we could just finish the one side of the house at the same time - they came out within the week and were finished within a few hours. They took out two poles that a previous owner or tenant had concreted into the ground and we would have had to buy something to take out - they just removed them while they did the curbing. I would def recommend them and will use them again. I am a Stay at Home Mom and we are on a strict budget so we weren't able to get everything finished at once - we will most def call them for future work we would like done. And will recommend AAA to friends and family in the area looking to have any landscaping done - they were quick, clean and cordial. I am very happy with this company!

A+ for customer service and workmanship. I won't use anybody else.

fI called AAA Landscaping and Curbing in August after waiting 3 months for another company to come out and install concrete curbing in my yard. (The other company was A Affordable Landscaping and when I figure out how to put a lousy review on this site for them, I will.) AAA Landscaping and Curbing came out within a week of my first phone call and did exactly as I had asked. In fact, Derek, the owner, went above and beyond to complete the job. I was SO happy with AAA Landscaping and Curbing I called them again in November and had them come back to do more curbing work, which I'm equally happy with. I have recommended AAA Landscaping to several of my neighbors and one of them is using AAA Landscaping to install the curbing in his yard on December 1st..
