It went just great. The company quoted a price that was a fraction of the prices quoted by 2 other companies. The workmen were prompt, courteous and professional. I would use again in a New York second.

I received and estimate for shower doors January 18th. On January 28th I had to leave town because my son who as in colletge went into the hospital unexpectedly to have a brain tumor removed. Once I returned home and was able to send a deposit check to A-Rite (beginning of April) they called me to tell me my quote was no longer good and the prices had increased. Mind you no where on the quote is there an expiration. Not a good way to conduct business (bait and switch) and I can only imaging what the excuses would be should they have installed something and then something went wrong.

I would recommend this company . I am new to the area and Found them on Angie's list. Very professional from the initial call; On time first appointment with professional estimator, as promised delivery and two on time polite installers. This experience was top notch.

We first used them a couple of years ago to cut glass for an expensive coffee table. We made the pattern and they cut it perfectly. A few months ago we had them cut thick glass for a work surface top to our measurements. Again, perfectly executed. In Dec 2014 we had them come for measuring new bathroom mirrors throughout the house. Punctual and gave good design advice for sizes needed. Installtion was done before Christmas per our request, was punctual, friendly, and efficient. Prices have seemed very reasonable, but we are so pleased with service that we see no need to comparison shop.

My initial contact was when I was searching for a drip rail for my shower door. It was not available at Lowe's or home depot. When I contacted them I was told to bring in my worn out drip rail. When I did, they told me they would cut it at no additional cost. I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to get a quote from them to repair a cracked hurricane window in my home. They called the next day and they scheduled a visit to give me an estimate. I had gotten an estimate previously by another glass repair service that was over $300. They completed the work one week later and did an excellent job. Glad I stumbled upon this company.

A-Rite Glass is a FIRST CLASS company. The showroom is small, but the staff is very informative and their prices are the best. The gentleman who measured was thorough and polite and answered all my questions. The two installers were professional, polite and did an excellent job. The installation took three hours. They were very careful, explained everything they were going to do and gave us a complete follow up for the care and cleaning of the door and window. My husband and I are more than pleased and would highly recommend A-Rite Glass. They are one of the best contractors in SW Florida that we have ever had.

The receptionist was pleasant and scheduled the estimate promptly. They performed the work quickly and did a great job. The price was good. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to order, pay, ready in less than 24 hours. Will use them for a buffet top this Winter.

The company quickly responded with an appointment for an estimate. He came on time and was very helpful with a recommendation for the seamless glass panel. The office called me back that afternoon with a quote. I had 2 other quotes and this was the lowest. We do not always take the lowest quote but was quite satisfied with everything. When we were ready and the tile work was completed he came out and measured and again I was called with the cost that afternoon. The installers came out and were very efficient and professional. We are totally satisfied with the whole process and the finished product.

Terrible. When I called to explain that I think the person just possibly misunderstood what I wanted and I would even pay more to have it fixed correctly. The man in the office told me that the glass was fixed and the project was done as far as he was concerned. I explained that the framing was gone and this caused the squares to look crooked. He made it quite clear that he really didn't care.
