( NO STARS ) Resurfaced roof disabled A/C ( brand new 2yrs old ) debris everywhere plastic bottles and disgarded plastic bags from the workers all over lanai and other neighbors yards. All the workers weren't able to communicate and speak English . I do blame my HOA for not notifying homeowners if and when the roofs will be resurfaced ! on anther note they have made efforts to get my A/C working
