Never got by the bid process.
Description of Work: Nothing. Reqested a bid to build sreen enclosure pool for apx. $17,000. Obviously doesn't need the business or shouldn't be in business. Would not return calls, voicemail always full and never would respond by email unless prodded. The most frustrating experience ever. Finally had a final bid and when asked about a few clarifications he would never responded. Hate to know how he would respond after it was built.

A part of one panel has pulled loose. Daniel promised to fix it by early June. Since then, I have not been able to make contact with him. His mailbox has been full for two months. I have tried e-mails and texts but he doesn't respond to these either. WE are supposed to have a one year warranty but how can this be honored if he doesn't return calls.
Description of Work: Replace the screen on the Lanai. The work was performed well and fairly close to the promised time. A part of one panel has pulled loose. Daniel promised to fix it by early June.
