This was the worst overall experience, from the first visit to my home to the end result. The sales woman measured the 2 sliders with a horizontal mount. So, in order to get out of either slider the entire blind needs to be lifted. It looks so bad it is unbelievable. The sales woman got really defensive when asked why she would do that and then I was off to customer service for weeks. Customer service finally offered to have the installers come back and remove them but there was no mention of where my original blinds were or how that would be handled. Also, it would have been quite difficult to keep the 2 window blinds and color match them to a workaround for the sliders. I will note here, the installers were nice and were only following directions, they had nothing to do with WHY you would write up an order to install a horizontal mounted blind at the top of 2 sliding doors. The cost noted below was for the sliders only, the 2 windows I have no problem with other than the attempt to match colors had that been an option. The saleswoman and customer service woman were horrible. STAY CLEAR OF 3DAY BLINDS!!
