He cleaned area behind storm shutters and air conditioner unit but he had me write check for $1440.00 but it should have been for $144.00.
Description of Work: I hired John to do pressure cleaning of my house for me. He cleaned all vinyl area except top of the house and the back of the house.

As we discussed no 10/08/2014 by phone I would answer complaint in 2 weeks. My Answer is as follows: 1. This is the 3rd time [member name removed] has complained about this mater to various agencies , a) She attempted to get me arrested by using the Lee County Sherriff b) she complained to the Florida Agricultural Dept and 3) Angies List 2. We have a signed agreement which states the work that was to be completed and the amount to be charged, The amount was very clearly spelled out to be $1440.00. The agreement was signed almost 2 weeks prior to doing the job. 3. We started the job on the morning the contract denoted we would begin and we completed it that day. 4. We received payment that same day. 5. The same day later [member name removed] called us and told us we missed a small spot by the air conditioner. The next morning we came back and completed the areas that we missed. 6. This is the first time she is trying to say we did not do a complete job or we were not punctual. 7. I would like to warn any and all contractors to stay away from her she will try to do the same to you.
